Monthly Rentals in La Pobla de Farnals

Nice apartment in Playa Pobla de Farnals. It is bigger than it seems in the photos. The host was very responsive on messages. The apartment is far from Valencia and public transport doesn’t serve it. Lovely beach is 10 min walk away and there are all the local amenities. If you’re after a beach retreat, this is for you!

We weren’t able to stay with Sandro and BB due to the floods that affected the area just a few days prior to our arrival. Sandro and BB were super hosts despite being 6 hours away. Very responsive, flexible, fair, and helpful. Sandro went above and beyond to make our stay in Spain as positive and memorable as possible given the natural disaster and having to deal with the fallout themselves. Nothing but thanks and appreciation for these two and their hospitality!

The photos don't do the house justice. It's super big. The rooms are much bigger than expected. The house is very bright. It has a giant covered/enclosed patio and a roof terrace. Everything has been recently renovated. Amparo is a sweetheart. I ordered from Mercadona and she arrived before me, and she put it in the fridge for me. The house doesn't lack anything. What's more, it has gel and shampoo, bottles of fresh water in the fridge, a small carton of milk, 2 beers and everything, all kinds of cleaning products, I mean, everything. One drawback is that Google Maps does not give the correct location. You have to look for it on Street View. It's next to the Plaza del Ayuntamiento. It's on the corner. Ahh important, if you want to watch national TV channels, tell Amparo because you have to do it through an app. In short, great!!

Had a very nice stay at Diana's apartment. Quick communication and a good reception by Carlos. Apartment is beautiful and very spacious, beautiful roof terrace with sea views. Great location 300 meters from the nearest beach and supermarket and eateries also a few hundred meters away.
