Monthly Rentals in La Plata

I stayed at Mauricio's for over a month and would certainly stay here again! The place is huge, the pictures don't do it justice - it's basically a full one bedroom flat attached to another living room/bright working space with a very large desk. It is very well equipped, notably the kitchen with everything you would need. Location is super convenient, a few blocks from the beach and the PN Rambla, close to supermarket (1 block away :), bars/restaurants, gyms etc. Importantly for this area, it is very quiet for a good night's sleep, and I expect the flat would remain cool over the hot summer months. I really enjoyed my time at Heri’s and would highly recommend his apartment for long term stays. It has all the amenities you need (kitchen equipment, cleaning equipment and products etc) plus extras like a shopping trolley and additional sets of sheets and bedding. The apartment was super clean and comfortable and Heri was very responsive and helpful. It’s well located in Poblenou with easy access to amenities and public transport but quiet.

We stayed 42 days in this beautiful flat. It offered us everything we needed in this time frame. If you want to experience Barcelona without entering into huge crowds, this is the place you are searching for. There are beautiful restaurants close by, plenty of supermarkets and llacuna metro station is in a walking distance, beautiful terrace and garden which is private to you and quiet. Bogatell beach is around 8-9 minutes walking distance. The flat had everything you need. Washing machine, dishwasher, air condition works perfectly. If you have a car, there is a spacious closed private parking spot. Pedro is also very responsive and made ready everything we needed before we arrived. It was hard to leave this beautiful flat after 42 days. Hope to be there again.

I was there a total of 7 weeks and had a wonderful time. Noemi is super friendly and warm and regularly checked in with me to see if I needed anything and if I was doing well. She is super easy to reach and very eager to help, it really made me very happy. The apartment is exactly as pictured. Everything very neat and clean. The metro is just a few minutes away and the beach as well as many cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. I'm grateful for the wonderful time and can recommend the place 100%.
