Super! Elegant studio apartment equipped and new, separate entrance with private parking. Very nice finishes and very cozy. Just 1 block from supermarkets and a shopping plaza, 8 minutes from the tourist area of the pier, very well located and safe. The apartment is very spacious and features TV, high-speed internet, equipped kitchen, A/C, a king-size bed, full bathroom and a half bathroom. We have access to the terrace, the garden is a smoking area.

It has 2.5 bathrooms, a kitchen, a laundry room, a closed garage for a small/medium car, and best of all: a great patio with a private pool, barbecue, and fire pit. We'll love having you!
