Just a small rustic garage house/art studio in a big garden. Made for the down to earth Baja traveler. A few hundred meters off MEX1 down a sandy road on the edge of a rustic village. Everything is only minutes away - fresh warm tortillas, downtown action, unpublished beaches. 7 minutes to the airport. El Centenario is the up and coming La Paz suburb - however, the roads are still rough and dusty (muddy, should it rain). This is not for you, if you prefer refined neighborhoods. NO parties!

Comfy and modern apartment

The apartment is new, modern and comfortable. It has an independent access. It's located 4 km away from "El Malecón" (downtown), in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. It has one full bed, one sofa-bed, a small kitchen that includes a mini-fridge and an electric stove, a table for four, a space for clothes-storage and a full bathroom. It has AC and good wifi signal. There's a patio with a hammock that guests can use, and parking space. There's a washer available for guests.

Studio with personality

Enjoy the simplicity of this one-room, urban, accessible accommodation. Without feeling like you're immersed in a shopping area, you'll find plenty of amenities and businesses within walking distance. The accommodation is nine blocks from the boardwalk and 6 minutes by car from the city centric. This studio is definitely lovely, having previously been a workshop where my mother made stained glass windows, some beautiful samples of her work give it color and character.

It has a shared common area with the house where I live of excellent size with pool, lounge chairs, outdoor dining room, living room, full bathroom, barbecue, heated jacuzzi. We will be happy to welcome you at home.

The room, medium size, includes a 50-inch TV and WiFi access, ideal for remote working or enjoying your series and movies. Perfect for couples, small families or travelers looking for a comfortable stay with easy access to the beach. The street is landy, which gives it a more rustic and peaceful atmosphere

Amazing private room next to the pool, in a safe residential neighborhood. Private entrance. Bright and cosy. Just 3 blocks away from the beach! 10 min walk from bus stop and a shopping center. Plenty of street parking! Feel free to use the pool or grill whenever you like. If you want to rent a car we recommend Seahorse car rental. Casa Colores is a 1970s character home - rustic, expressive, and alive. One additional casita (max 2 guests) shares the garden and pool. I live on-site in the main house with Lucho, my calm senior dog. Expect a relaxed, lived-in space with an organic, creative atmosphere. Ideal for guests who enjoy unique, character-filled homes with personality and a sense of place.
