Everything is very good in the apartment, excellent location and easy access to everything in the city.

Quiet area to rest but close to the pier if you go by car. The recommendations they gave us were valuable and the best thing was the scenery and sunsets from the balcony. We'll definitely be back 😃

This place is beautiful. Lots of space for everyone, beds were comfortable, condo was well stocked with kitchen supplies. The use of the golf cart was a great feature! We used it every day to get coffee and go to the beach club! Definitely a quieter area of La Paz but we were happy with that. It is a quick drive into La Paz. Would highly recommend!

The stay was great, Julio is a very kind and very attentive person, the photos don't do the apartment justice, it's nicer than it looks, on the corner there is an Oxxo, a sushi place, there is a shedraui very close, it has all the necessary utensils, Julio lent us chairs and a cooler to go to the beach, it has a laundry center, the amenities are as indicated, the place is very clean, I will always return to that place, I hope there is space on my next trip, it really is a highly recommended place, very comfortable and Julio is always attentive. Thank you very much Mr. Julio for giving more than what is offered, that is a huge plus!! The pier is super close, in short everything was great, the first stay and the second, I was given the same apartment that I already find very cozy, another wonderful thing is the coffee!!!! I appreciate everything!!

This condo is amazing for a family. The pool is outstanding, the restaurant at the pool has amazing food and the staff is so sweet and accommodating. There is a swim-up bar, which my 9yo fell in love with eating in the pool. That might have been annoying to many staff, but instead they made him feel like a superstar. We loved it so much we extended our stay there and would definitely come back. We were sorry to leave.

Gabriela was friendly and the place has a great view, the best part, is near the malecón.

We really enjoyed our stay at Nea's place! Dolphins and whales jumping in front of you, fantastic! The unit is as described, clean well stocked, we needed nothing. Deck is huge! Liked the bottled water (that staff would deliver, remember to tip). Personal shopper if needed. The pools is nice, 80 in afternoon! Beach is great! Pelicans constantly slamming the surface, baitfish everywhere and I was able to catch fish! Two restaurants beside the Condo. View is unbeatable and food is good. We went to town to eat a few times as well as grabbing prawn etc to make. Went to Malecon for roof views and great food! Prices are similar to Can. Taco stands or markets for epic food at amazing prices! Taco's El Estadio, 4 great fish tacos, ALL the fixings, $9 Can. yes please! This city feels very safe. We were there for Carnaval ( massive 2-3km? of stalls, stages, music food) and didn't know what to expect. Police everywhere! Not oppressive, just present and friendly! Thanks Nea!

The apartment is very conveniently located, close to restaurants and the pier, there was everything you needed for your stay, and even touches like snacks and a bottle of wine. The terrace has amazing views and is very comfortable for grilling or just sitting and chatting. Very spacious bathrooms and comfortable beds.

It's a super cute apartment, the attention was incredible and the response was quick . The apartment was all clean , the bed was very comfortable , I'll definitely go back to the apartment. Everything was 10

The place was amazing for our week stay. Plenty of room for the four of us. The view was beautiful and it was conveniently close to town. Everything was well kept and ready to go when we showed up. Parking was easy and the attendants were very helpful. Loved the immediate access to the beach and the neighboring hotel, restaurants and Cortez club for water activities. Would be delighted to come back and stay again.

Hello, good morning, I totally recommend this apartment!! It has everything you need to rest and the area is very quiet, one street away is the Soriana to do your shopping Mrs. Cande welcomed us very kindly and even though we arrived before check-in time, they were very kind in getting the apartment ready earlier, so we could store our luggage. And Mrs. Luz was always very attentive to any questions at any time Very nice apartment, it conveys a lot of peace🤍🤍 and you don't miss the sunsets on the pier, this beautiful La Paz, I would definitely come back again🙏🏻

Everything was to our liking, very comfortable and with a good location. Communication with the hosts was quick and we were able to enter ahead of time since we had several suitcases and we came with two elderly people and minors.

The apartment is just as shown in the photos, a good location, the private one is very safe, comfortable spaces, everything works very well... excellent for traveling with the family, we'll be back without a problem

I have stayed before in the same location, although it was many years ago. When I saw that this condo in the same building was available, I was so happy! It is really a very beautiful spot and Myca's condo was actually one of the very best in the building. Also, the people working there were very kind and helpful. We had a lovely time and felt so at home - so much better than a hotel! I heartily recommend this condo - it is beautiful, in a beautiful spot and worth every penny!

Gby and her team are excellent. The place was excellent and was in large part because of Gby's attention to details. We loved the veiws from the terrace space. It was clean and well appointed. We chose to walk to the Malicon daily, but the bus stop is right up the block. Uber and DiDi also service the area. We had power go out and were able to contact Gby immediately and resolve the situation in minutes. One request I do have for Gby is a dustpan, mixing bowl and a toaster oven. I will not downgrade this wonderful place due to that. Gby was clear on the amenities. I am overly neat at times too LOL. I love to cook in. that said I had many wonderful and inexpensive meals in La Paz. Gby has good suggestions in her book. Over all I had a 5* experience with Gby!
