Condo vacation rentals in La Paz

Todo muy bien en el departamento, excelente ubicación y fácil acceso a todo en la ciudad.

Zona tranquila para descansar pero cercana al Malecón si vas en carro. Las recomendaciones que nos dieron fueron valiosas y lo mejor era el paisaje y los atardeceres desde el balcón. Definitivamente regresaremos 😃

Tuve una excelente experiencia durante mi estancia. La comunicación con Luis fue clara y rápida en todo momento, lo que facilitó tanto el check-in como cualquier duda que tuve durante mi estadía. El alojamiento estaba tal como se describía, limpio, cómodo y bien equipado. La atención fue siempre amable y atenta, lo que hizo que me sintiera muy bienvenido. Sin duda recomendaría este lugar y volvería a hospedarme aquí en el futuro.

This place is beautiful. Lots of space for everyone, beds were comfortable, condo was well stocked with kitchen supplies. The use of the golf cart was a great feature! We used it every day to get coffee and go to the beach club! Definitely a quieter area of La Paz but we were happy with that. It is a quick drive into La Paz. Would highly recommend!

La estancia fue súper, julio una persona muy amable y muy atenta, las fotos no le hacen justicia al depa, es más lindo de lo que parece, en la esquina hay un Oxxo, un sushi, hay un shedraui muy cerca, tiene todos los utensilios necesarios, julio nos prestó sillas y hielera para ir a la playa, tiene un centro de lavado, las amenidades son las que indica, está muy limpio el lugar, la verdad regresaré siempre a ese lugar, espero que tenga espacio en mi próximo viaje, de verdad es un lugar muy recomendado, muy cómodo y julio siempre está al pendiente. Muchas gracias Sr. julio por dar más de lo que ofrece, eso es un mega plus!! El malecón súper cerca, en fin todo estuvo súper, la primera estancia y la segunda, me dio el mismo departamento que ya lo siento así muy acogedor, otra cosa maravillosa el cafeeeeee!!!! Le agradezco todo!!

This condo is amazing for a family. The pool is outstanding, the restaurant at the pool has amazing food and the staff is so sweet and accommodating. There is a swim-up bar, which my 9yo fell in love with eating in the pool. That might have been annoying to many staff, but instead they made him feel like a superstar. We loved it so much we extended our stay there and would definitely come back. We were sorry to leave.

We have stayed at this condo before. We will always return. Beautiful sunsets and located next a beach. Francisco is always responsive and helpful.

El departamento muy limpio, muy seguro, cuenta con todo lo necesario respecto a artículos de aseo personal, la cocina equipada y funcional, hay agua de filtro, hasta tienen juguetes para la alberca, una hielera, la alberca no está climatizada, pero está bien puedes pasar un rato agradable, sobre todo la vista es preciosa, solo no hay un techo pienso que a las horas de sol puede resultar un poco molesto después de un rato. Importante: para acceder al edificio definitivamente se necesita vehículo ya que se encuentra en lo alto de una colina y a pie está retirado del malecón. Pero en general todo perfecto y por supuesto nos hospedaríamos c ella nuevamente.

We really enjoyed our stay at Nea's place! Dolphins and whales jumping in front of you, fantastic! The unit is as described, clean well stocked, we needed nothing. Deck is huge! Liked the bottled water (that staff would deliver, remember to tip). Personal shopper if needed. The pools is nice, 80 in afternoon! Beach is great! Pelicans constantly slamming the surface, baitfish everywhere and I was able to catch fish! Two restaurants beside the Condo. View is unbeatable and food is good. We went to town to eat a few times as well as grabbing prawn etc to make. Went to Malecon for roof views and great food! Prices are similar to Can. Taco stands or markets for epic food at amazing prices! Taco's El Estadio, 4 great fish tacos, ALL the fixings, $9 Can. yes please! This city feels very safe. We were there for Carnaval ( massive 2-3km? of stalls, stages, music food) and didn't know what to expect. Police everywhere! Not oppressive, just present and friendly! Thanks Nea!

Estuvo muy agradable, nos encantó la ubicación y disfrutamos mucho de los club de playa así como del depa. Definitivamente volveríamos

El departamento está muy bien ubicado, cerca de restaurantes y malecón, habia todo lo necesario para la Estancia, y hasta detalles como snacks y una botella de vino. La terraza tiene unas vistas increíbles y está muy agusto para hacer un a carne asada o simplemente sentarte a platicar. Los baños muy amplios y camas cómodas.

Es un departamento súper súper lindo , la atención fue increíble y la respuesta rapidiisisima . El departamento estaba todo limpio , la cama muy cómoda , sin duda alguna regresaré al departamento todo estuvo de 10

The place was amazing for our week stay. Plenty of room for the four of us. The view was beautiful and it was conveniently close to town. Everything was well kept and ready to go when we showed up. Parking was easy and the attendants were very helpful. Loved the immediate access to the beach and the neighboring hotel, restaurants and Cortez club for water activities. Would be delighted to come back and stay again.

Hola buen día, les recomiendo totalmente este departamento!! Tiene todo lo necesario para llegar a descansar y la zona es muy muy tranquila, a una calle esta el soriana para hacer el super La Sra Cande nos recibió muy amable y a pesar de que llegamos antes del horario del check in, fueron muy amables en dejar listo el departamento antes, para poder resguardar nuestras maletas. Y la Sra Luz siempre estuvo muy atenta a cualquier duda en todo momento Muy bonito departamento, transmite mucha paz🤍🤍 y no se pierdan los atardeceres en el malecón, esta hermoso La Paz, sin duda volvería nuevamente🙏🏻

Todo fue de nuestro agrado,muy cómodo y con buena ubicación la comunicación con los anfitriones fue rápida y nos fue posible entrar antes del tiempo ya que teníamos varias maletas y veníamos con dos personas de la 3 edad y menores .

Depa igual que en fotos, buena ubicación, la privada es muy segura, los espacios cómodos, todo funciona muy bien... excelente para viajar en familia, regresamos sin problema

I have stayed before in the same location, although it was many years ago. When I saw that this condo in the same building was available, I was so happy! It is really a very beautiful spot and Myca's condo was actually one of the very best in the building. Also, the people working there were very kind and helpful. We had a lovely time and felt so at home - so much better than a hotel! I heartily recommend this condo - it is beautiful, in a beautiful spot and worth every penny!

Gby and her team are excellent. The place was excellent and was in large part because of Gby's attention to details. We loved the veiws from the terrace space. It was clean and well appointed. We chose to walk to the Malicon daily, but the bus stop is right up the block. Uber and DiDi also service the area. We had power go out and were able to contact Gby immediately and resolve the situation in minutes. One request I do have for Gby is a dustpan, mixing bowl and a toaster oven. I will not downgrade this wonderful place due to that. Gby was clear on the amenities. I am overly neat at times too LOL. I love to cook in. that said I had many wonderful and inexpensive meals in La Paz. Gby has good suggestions in her book. Over all I had a 5* experience with Gby!
