Excellent place and above all location. Just a few steps from the seafront and with many things walking. The place is very nice, clean and with everything you need The host's attention was excellent at all times and responded immediately

Our stay was great at Jesús and Ofelia’s place. We were in La Paz for one night and we wished we could have stayed longer. The hosts were responsive and the space was clean and exactly as described. Would love to stay again as it was so close to so many restaurants and the downtown area. Thank you for the lovely stay!

The apartment is very nice and the location is excellent if they want to be close to the malecón and exit to the beaches. Note that it does not have parking and cannot be parked outside because it is a narrow street then it should be searched in streets around.

the place was easy to find, and Antonio helped me extend my stay and get a refund on the other room that was only available for one night. Easy to walk to restaurants and the Malecon. across the street from a school, so it is a bit noise in the mornings.

The accommodation is one of the most comfortable and practical in La Paz, the house had everything you need, including a beach umbrella that was super useful! Every day, the seawall is 2 streets walking, in the surroundings you find a lot of variety of restaurants, really the location is the most strategic to move to the beaches, Gabriel at all times was aware of our doubts, super recommended!

Very flexible and friendly hosts. Quiet and beautiful place to stay, close to Malecon (10 minutes by walk). Nice kitchen. Good for solo travelers, probably a little tight for couples. For a short stay I would book here again. For the price a good deal. Not suitable for people with limited mobility (many stairs). The immediate surroundings of the accommodation are not very nice, but you have enough space to park here.

Super good stay, everything was tidy and clean, communication was always available, there is a plus that it has a bike and you can ride the bike path 1km from the pier, I will be back soon
