Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in La Paz

Beautiful place to enjoy a peaceful time. It has enough room to fit 6 adults. The common areas (living, kitchen and deck) are spacious and great to hang as group. Xochitl was very responsive and provided great instructions. There’s a private beach closer to the apartment and another public beach beside the beach club 10 mins walking. The apartment complex has restaurants, a pharmacy and a mini market with groceries. We rented a car which made it easier to move to the malecon and city center.

Very well located, easy access and clear check-in instructions, we had no problem. Aylin is very attentive and quick to respond! The place as in the photos, safe, clean and well equipped. :)

Great location for restaurants and a close drive to beaches. Loved being able to use the washing machine, and the umbrella was great for the beach. Parking right outside. Great spot for our few days in La Paz!

Very good location near the Malecón, at night it's a bit dark but with safe parking. I recommend it 100%

The accommodation is fantastic, very nice, very pleasant, the fact that each room has its own bathroom is a plus and there were many things to make coffee, sugar and its own laundry room, the arrival time was flexible which I thought was incredible because my flight arrived early and checked in, which in my case is a big plus, the host is very good, very attentive and always supporting us in what we needed, I will definitely stay here again whenever I come to La Paz.

Absolutely impressed by this location. There were so many walkable areas, beaches, food, groceries. This was everything that we could have asked for. Definitely coming back and going to this place without a doubt. Felt right at home. La Paz is also an incredible city. The cleaning staff were wonderful and kind. we were able to leave our luggage safe before/ after checkout windows while we explored around. This was highly appreciated.

Great accommodation, it is a house with all the amenities, full kitchen, sheets, towels and with very spacious areas Tom is a great host and even has board games, recommendations for activities and is very attentive to what is required. I highly recommend staying here

Very clean and a great value near the water in El Centenario. Enrique was a great host, he communicated well and was available if we needed anything. House is well located for easy access to airport, La Paz and restaurants. Having a private pool made this feel like a luxury retreat. There are a lot of noisy dogs in the area, not the host’s fault, but just something to be aware of if it bothers you.

The host is a very nice person, he treated us with unparalleled human warmth, to the point that we felt right at home, and he advised us and gave us tips to fully enjoy the house and the city, available at all times. The place is comfortable, safe, clean, has everything they advertise, and even more than what is advertised, and I really say it like that because thanks to that plus we were able to save a lot on this trip, there is no reason to go to a hotel. I want to return to La Paz because it is a beautiful city, it is one of the beaches that I had not yet seen in Mexico and I can say that there is no other place like this. When you come, you will agree, and my choice of accommodation will be here. Thank you for everything dear hosts, I wish with all my heart to see you again!

We loved the house! Big and warm, it has a lot of luxury details from the owners. Great stay for us!

I am so happy we chose to stay at Mary’s home. Everything was great, perfect layout for friends or two couples traveling together the privacy of having your own room and bathroom away from the kitchen and living area was so great. We had a car to drive to the beaches and some restaurants, parking was always available right out front. Although having the car was nice if you don’t rent a car it’s ok, everything is within walking distance. There is a small convenience store right next door. Food, coffee, shopping, the Malecón was just about a 7 minute walk. House was very clean, well taken care of and Mary & her co host respond so quick and gave us amazing recommendations. I am definitely staying here again my next trip to La Paz. Do yourself a favor and book this house! You won’t regret it.

Very good location and easy check in.

Very close to the malecon, about a 5 minute drive. My husband and I loved the pool! It was very clean and felt great during these hot days even thought it’s not heated. Host was very responsive and allowed a flexible check in/check out.

This penthouse suite is fantastic! We cooked our own meals in the patio terrace with a 5 star immaculate view of La Paz. We felt welcomed from the moment we entered the property. Internet was excellent I was able maintain a quality connection with the office back home and watch youtube without interruption. There is some deferred maintenance on the building but it doesn’t take away from the experience, it only adds to the charm of being in Mexico. Thank you Sergio for allowing us to experience the penthouse.
