The house is new and has a pool (no heating system for the pool), terrace, barbecue grill, fiber optic internet, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms, kitchen, washer and dryer, and a big enough garage with electric gate. A suburban fits perfectly. We don't use gas, our home appliances are electric.
