Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in La Paz

Beautiful place to enjoy a peaceful time. It has enough room to fit 6 adults. The common areas (living, kitchen and deck) are spacious and great to hang as group. Xochitl was very responsive and provided great instructions. There’s a private beach closer to the apartment and another public beach beside the beach club 10 mins walking. The apartment complex has restaurants, a pharmacy and a mini market with groceries. We rented a car which made it easier to move to the malecon and city center.

Muy bien ubicado, fácil acceso e instrucciones claras para check-in, no tuvimos ningun problema. Aylin muy al pendiente y rápida respuesta! El lugar tal como en las fotos, seguro, limpio y bien equipado. :)

I had such a great experience with Yoel and this listing, a true gem! I brought my dad here as this is possibly the last of our memories together, so I knew it had to be special! Yoel and his team were very accommodating and great hosts!! I made memories with my dad that I don’t think I could have made anywhere else! I am coming back with my husband next time!! Thanks for everything!! Definitely SUPER HOST!

El Airbnb de Tom está excelente en todos los sentidos, nos sentimos muy tranquilas y seguras, fue muy atento en presentarse y mostrarnos el apartamento (muy pocos los hacen), el espacio es muy bonito, impecable y mejor que como se muestra en las fotografías. Nos encantó estar aquí, vamos a regresar.

She was a great host. The accomodation had everything we needed. Close to center, good kitchen, nice comfy bed, AC that works great. Alexa was extremely helpful with things to do around town and very attentive.

El alojamiento es fantástico, muy bonito, muy agradable, el hecho de que tenga cada cuarto su propio baño es un plus y había muchas cosas para hacer café, azúcar y su propio cuarto de lavado, el horario de llegada fue flexible lo cual me pareció increíble porque mi vuelo llegaba temprano y facturaba, lo cual en mi caso si es un gran plus, la anfitriona muy buena, muy atenta y siempre apoyándonos en lo que necesitábamos, sin duda volveré a hospedarme aquí siempre que venga a la paz.

Cómodo, limpio y zona tranquila. El lugar coincide con la descripción, la ubicación es muy buena (a tres calles del malecón). El garage techado es un plus. Ana siempre estuvo atenta de nuestra estancia. Definitivamente volvería.

Very clean and a great value near the water in El Centenario. Enrique was a great host, he communicated well and was available if we needed anything. House is well located for easy access to airport, La Paz and restaurants. Having a private pool made this feel like a luxury retreat. There are a lot of noisy dogs in the area, not the host’s fault, but just something to be aware of if it bothers you.

El anfitrión es una finísima persona, nos atendió con una calidez humana inigualable, al grado que nos sentimos como en casa, y nos asesoró y dio tips para disfrutar al máximo la casa y la ciudad, disponible en todo momento. El lugar es cómodo, seguro, limpio, cuenta con todo lo que anuncian, e inclusive, más de lo que se anuncia, y de verdad lo digo así ya que gracias a ese plus pudimos economizar muchísimo en este viaje, no hay razón para ir a un hotel. Deseo volver a La Paz porque es una ciudad hermosa, es de las playas que me faltaba conocer de México y puedo decir que como este lugar, no hay dos, cuando vengas me vas a dar la razón, y mi opción de hospedaje sí o sí, será aquí. Gracias por todo queridos anfitriones, deseo de todo corazón volverlos a ver!

I am so happy we chose to stay at Mary’s home. Everything was great, perfect layout for friends or two couples traveling together the privacy of having your own room and bathroom away from the kitchen and living area was so great. We had a car to drive to the beaches and some restaurants, parking was always available right out front. Although having the car was nice if you don’t rent a car it’s ok, everything is within walking distance. There is a small convenience store right next door. Food, coffee, shopping, the Malecón was just about a 7 minute walk. House was very clean, well taken care of and Mary & her co host respond so quick and gave us amazing recommendations. I am definitely staying here again my next trip to La Paz. Do yourself a favor and book this house! You won’t regret it.

This condo is absolutely beautiful!! The details this host put into the home are high taste and standard making it such a comfortable stay. Maria was so great to work with and quick to respond and help when we needed anything. Location has a gorgeous view of the water, a large patio that was great to watch the sunset, pool we had to ourselves most of the time, security was so nice and safe to park our car. Maria left a nice book giving ideas to do around town. We had an amazing time visiting La Paz for the first time. We would recommend taking the main waterfront road to the property and then up the hill to the very large complex and find it during daylight. We felt very safe in La Paz walking around and driving to the local attractions and the food was amazing at every turn!

Very close to the malecon, about a 5 minute drive. My husband and I loved the pool! It was very clean and felt great during these hot days even thought it’s not heated. Host was very responsive and allowed a flexible check in/check out.

Excelente casa , ubicación , limpieza , etc…. Luis es excelente anfitrión. Nos envió una lista de restaurante todos de excelente calidad y también contactos muy buenos para la renta de yates ! Todo estuvo excelente y muy recomendado para hospedarse siempre ! Volvería nuevamente sin pensarlo 2 veces .

Muy bonita la casa de Sonia, cumple con toda la descripción, muy cerca del malecón en auto, muy limpia, pasamos una muy buena estancia. Cuenta con accesorios de cocina, la sombrilla y hielera ayudan mucho en los días de playa. Sin duda volveré a hospedarme aquí cuando regrese a la Paz. Sonia muy atenta en todo momento además que nos proporciono recomendaciones de restaurantes y tours

My wife and I had a very nice stay here. The apartment is great, the location is awesome and the access to both beach clubs in the area made our stay so fun. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. We rented a car and drove into town (about 10 mins) but also tons to do in the marina. Will def come back!
