Monthly Rentals in La Marina del Pinet

We had a fantastic stay at Franz's house. It's a clean, modern house with everything you need plus some extra touches like a bean-to-cup coffee machine and juicer so you can have fresh coffee and juice from the amazing Spanish oranges when you wake up each morning. The immediate area where the house is situated, El Pinet seems to be a place purpose built for holiday homes, so it's pretty much a mix of just houses in the surrounding streets, but everyone there is friendly and relaxed. The beach is close by, and we particularly liked the beach restaurant "Hostal Maruja" which serves authentic local food in a busy but happy atmosphere. For local shops, there's an Aldi and Lidl within a five minute drive, in fact you can get everything you want within a few minutes drive but I would say you definitely need a car. The pool at the house is shared by other residents but is never crowded and we were there in the height of the summer holidays. A great place for a holiday, highly recommended!

We have 8 adults and two children. Everything works well and there was wonderful grill kitchen outside. Where have also pizza oven, which produce excellent pizza’s for all. Nice and practical pool area. Most beautiful lemon garden in the villa too. Thanks for everything, all the things, what we needed fit us very well.

We had a very pleasant stay in Luis' apartment. Everything was in perfect order – the beds were comfortable and the area beautiful. Communication with Luis went smoothly, and the handover of the apartment was also straightforward and friendly. It was especially nice that our arrival and departure times were taken into consideration. We can only recommend the place and would be happy to come back. ¡Muchas gracias, Luis!

We were very comfortable. There's a lot of kitchenware and the terrace is great. The very comfortable double bed, yet the individual mattresses a little uncomfortable.
