Monthly Rentals in La Marina del Pinet

We had a fantastic stay at Franz's house. It's a clean, modern house with everything you need plus some extra touches like a bean-to-cup coffee machine and juicer so you can have fresh coffee and juice from the amazing Spanish oranges when you wake up each morning. The immediate area where the house is situated, El Pinet seems to be a place purpose built for holiday homes, so it's pretty much a mix of just houses in the surrounding streets, but everyone there is friendly and relaxed. The beach is close by, and we particularly liked the beach restaurant "Hostal Maruja" which serves authentic local food in a busy but happy atmosphere. For local shops, there's an Aldi and Lidl within a five minute drive, in fact you can get everything you want within a few minutes drive but I would say you definitely need a car. The pool at the house is shared by other residents but is never crowded and we were there in the height of the summer holidays. A great place for a holiday, highly recommended!

A very clean well maintained villa with comfortable beds. The bikes were a great bonus. I'm looking forward to returning.

We were only 2 nights in Spain, went to visit old neighbor from the Netherlands who moved to La Marina. Apartment was close to us. Communication with host was good and fast. Unfortunately, the shutter did not close completely and in the middle of the night something broke and the shutter collapsed.
