Beautiful townhouse with a barbecue on the terrace and an indoor fireplace. In front of the Guardamar del Segura pine forest, in the Buenavista development. The house has one bedroom, ideal for a couple. The views are of the Guardamar pine forest, and across the pine forest, it ends at the beach. Beach access is made by a beautiful elevated wooden path that crosses the pine forest (800 meters). Very close to the lighthouse of Santa Pola (in car) and the town of Guardamar (3 Km.). Parking at the door.
