Dining table & some cooking outside but absolutely NO FOOD SCRAPS down the drains nor coffee grounds. Stony beach access from next door park, sandy beach close by, egrets & pelicans fly overhead. Espresso and microwave, frig/freezer, electric fry pan, Netflix.

There is $250 pet fee. One assigned parking. We expanded parking spots 2 years ago for most car sizes: W- 101 inches and H-83 inches

This home boasts modern amenities and an amazing outdoor space including fire table, barbeque and 65" Smart TV. King bed in the master suite and queen beds in the other two bedrooms.
