Great location. This amazing second floor unit is located just 400 steps to La Jolla Shores Beach. You will love the location as well as the wonderful exclusive oversized private outdoor space. Steps to shops and great restaurants, you won't even need your car. Window AC in the living room and portable AC in both bedrooms. There is $250 pet fee. There is one assigned parking space. Parking spots got expanded 2 years ago to accomodate most cars. Measurements: W-106 and H-83 inches

Completely remodeled. Just minutes from many beaches, the famous cove and La Jolla Village. This home boasts modern amenities and an amazing outdoor space including fire table, barbeque and 65" Smart TV. King bed in the master suite and queen beds in the other two bedrooms. Multi-head, walk-in showers with floor to ceiling custom tile. Sound in every room & Smart TV's throughout.
