Vacation rentals with beach access in la Jolla Shores Beach

Anna was a phenomenal host for my short stay in San Diego. She was very responsive and kind! Her home was nice and quaint with all the items of everything you may have at home (iron, kitchenware, toiletries etc.) I would definitely stay again when I come back to visit San Diego!

We really loved staying here. it was sooo close to the beach and awesome coffee shops. We will most definitely stay again!!!!

The studio was perfect for a weekend getaway. Very clean and even looked nicer than the pictures. It’s walkable to the beach and a few restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

This place was an absolute gem. Waking up to the sound of the waves and being able to walk everywhere made our stay so relaxing. It's the kind of spot where the beach feels like your backyard and adventure is always just around the corner. Falling asleep to the ocean breeze was pure magic. All in all, a fantastic escape — we’d recommend it in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy studio in Solana Beach! Highlights include the unbeatable location—just steps from Fletcher Cove Park (with beach access, picnic areas and sunsets), a few blocks from the train station and Cedros Design District (home to boutiques, cafes and the famous Belly Up music venue), and near great restaurants like Claire’s, Pizza Port, Pillbox, Lofty Coffee, Chief’s Burgers, Gelato 101 and Rustic Root. While there’s no nearby grocery store, CVS is walkable and Instacart worked well. Don’t miss the Sunday farmers market! The studio, though cozy, was well-equipped with a full kitchen, comfy bed, spacious bathroom and access to laundry and patios (the upper one has ocean views!). Our hosts were incredibly communicative and caring. Highly recommend these cute lofts for anyone wanting a true local experience in Solana Beach!!!

We absolutely loved, and would recommend Matthew's vacation rental. We have stayed in Oceanside several times for a quick get away and this lovely location is by far our favorite. We hope we will be able to return in the near future. A parking spot is right in front of the property, Matthew's check in and out instructions are clear and easy to follow, the location cannot be beat, with the ocean and private beach just steps away. The interior has everything you could possibly need, it was clean and well stocked. I personally appreciated the binoculars and decaf coffee. It was wonderful to sit outdoors and watch dolphins, seabirds, surfers, dogs happy to be on the beach, and relax to the sound of the waves. There are many great restaurants nearby, and plenty of activities and places to visit in and around town. The best part was the feeling of being in our own little private sanctuary. Thank you to Matthew for being a fantastic host!

I could not have been happier with my stay!! I wanted to feel like a “local” and also be incredibly close to the beach and this place achieved both of those goals. Literally couldn’t have been closer to coffee shops, restaurants, downtown La Jolla, Windansea, etc. I walked everywhere!!! The Airbnb itself was some homey and cozy, I wish I’d had more time to truly take advantage of all of the awesome amenities that the community space had to offer. Would highly highly recommend Cy’s Airbnb at Paradise!!!

Appreciated the stay. Second time there, in a new part of the Airbnb unit. It was great! My kids made a neighborly friend the whole trip. Quiet area. Aside from the very obvious hierarchy of dog-owners and their dogs, due to dog beach, I would go again.

Kevin's place was spotless, the kitchen was modern and the living spaces had updated decorations. The beds were incredibly comfortable. It was any easy walk or short drive to all things La Jolla including the beach, shops and restaurants. We slept with the windows cracked every night.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet and lovely, and everything about the space made us feel right at home. There were even board games for our entire family to enjoy! Meghan was a truly amazing host! She was so warm, welcoming, and responsive. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. Our kids had the best time and have been asking when we can go back already! We’re so grateful for the memories made here and would return in a heartbeat. Highly, highly recommend!

The location is unbeatable!! Neighbors were friendly and we felt so safe! We loved the upstairs perch and the common area that was outside!

Well appointed and maintained home. The main living space and kitchen were beautiful. Enjoyed the filtered view of the ocean from the master balcony. Great area, close to cafes and beach. Only complaint is the traffic noise on this very busy street.

We had an amazing week at Susie’s place! The apartment was perfect for my husband and I. Everything was clean and as described. The bed was comfy and we loved the kitchen and outdoor deck. The location was great - we were able to walk everywhere in PB and uber to places easily. We loved exploring the local coffee shops and walking up to the beach for sunset. We had a great week in San Diego and the apartment made it perfect.

Very responsive and helpful. House was as advertised and beautiful, especially the sun deck on the roof — a nice added touch! Would definitely recommend this listing.

Diego’s place was perfect for our San Diego trip. We booked just two days before arrival due to a complication with the original place we booked and Diego was immediately so responsive. The backyard was great for the kids-they loved the hot tub and being able to eat out there. It was exactly as described and had everything we needed. There is a surfing beach a few blocks away and took us about 7 minutes to walk to with a six year old. It does back up to what appears to be an identical property as others have mentioned, but this was not an issue and even when they had a small party, it was not disruptive to us. The location is great-we rented a car and drove to sea world, the zoo, Torrey pines, the beach, etc., and it was never more than about a 20 min drive. We could walk down to some of the restaurants in pacific beach (12 min walk with kids) and have dinner or ice cream. I would absolutely recommend this place!

My partner enjoyed all the amenities and relaxing near the beach was perfect for our get away. The staff was friendly and showed us great stores and restaurants to go to. Would definitely book again.

location was perfect. peaceful. close to beach and shops. liked the layout of apartment. spacious not cluttered. easy to maintain.. appreciated having free netflix and amazon prime. .Lastly Cassandra, generous host. allowed extra time for checkout.

Chris did a great job making sure we were able to enter and we were happy. The place was spotless, newly renovated with the latest designs and literally right on the beach and boardwalk with incredible views! I highly recommend the home and PB in general!!

Wonderful stay! The place was clean and had everything we needed for a week long visit to San Diego. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Easy walk to the beach and many local eateries. Would definitely recommend this place to others!

My family & I had a cherished time & we totally agree with Tooraj’s “ good vibes only” theme! The place is adorably decorated & my husband loved the real life record player, he put it on first thing ;) We appreciated all of the games & the paddle ball, all my boys had fun with that especially & I loved hearing them laugh while playing together on the beach . It truly is an exceptional place, so peaceful & so close to more action when ya want it. We spent one day at a behind the scenes tour at the safari park & the other day at the zoo, then both evenings were spent on the ocean side, Belmont park, Cannon Ball restaurant, last night we got Mexican food to go & brought it back to this darling, peaceful & truly lovely place. I also want to give a shout out to all of his neighbors, they were all so very kind & friendly;) Thank you with all our hearts Tooraj for sharing your good vibes and giving my family a special place to create cherished memories together. We are grateful 💝🙏

Great location on Mission Beach. Emmy's book of local suggestions was great for finding good food in the area. Centrally located to all different San Diego attractions which was great. Loved the beach being right outside the door as well as the ability to walk all around Mission Beach. My family and I even walked to Pacific beach. Emmy was wonderful with checking in on my family. I would definitely recommend.

Very nice place. Instructions were very clear and easy to follow. If ever in San Diego again, my family will definitely stay here again.
