Great place to stay for a few days! Host was very responsive and super helpful. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. My husband said he slept great in their bed! Lots of windows and natural light which is great unless someone is staying in the studio across the patio. The shades on all the doors/windows provided great privacy though! Great bang for your buck, would definitely stay again!

great little place in a great location! the walls are a little thin so sound travels a lot but the bed was one of the comfiest i’ve ever slept in and we were happy with our stay

The people sharing our compound were very friendly and welcoming, our ‘guard dog’ Frankie became our bud. If you like walking, there is so much to see and wonderful food options nearby. OB is a very special place!!!

Perfect place for a couple’s weekend. Inside is a little small, but with the patio and the perfect weather of SD it’s all you need. We rented bikes and biked everywhere we needed to go.

in such a great area of Little Italy, super walkable to amazing restaurants and bars! the gated bungalows felt so private and safe. I would definitely stay here again!

I love this place! Jeremy was great. Everything was as expected but there is no way to prepare anyone for the quaint comfort and ease at making oneself at home in this lovely spot. Close to everything but also nestled into the local vibe. Access to the beach and downtown was easy and enjoyable. I walked to get the most popular tacos in town and then ate them at the beach. The kitchen was sweet and had what I needed to make my breakfasts and lunches. I walked to the beach a few blocks away most days and drove to La Jolla Shores to swim and SUP in the bay most days, too. I was grateful for the parking lot at the Shores, which made for easy access. Jeremy was quick to notify me about an unforeseeable event that the city was accountable for and kept me posted. It was a small issue but it felt good to know he was on top of things and looking out for me. I highly recommend this spot and will be back!

My husband and I had the great pleasure of staying at Matt's place in La Jolla for three nights in June. The place is beautiful, it is immaculately clean and, I think, brand new. The location is perfect, close to everything. The bed was comfortable. There is secure underground parking and Matt was responsive to questions that we had.

Lovely place at a quiet end of town. Very clean and the kitchen and bathroom updates are super nice. John was responsive as well. Note, there is also a nice trail to walk nearby with a nice view of mission bay.

Sean’s place has all you need! Walkable distances to the beach, the cave store, multiple restaurants, bars and cafes for morning coffee. It was comfortable for two people and the interior decorating really captured the heart of La Jolla. The hosts were wonderful and responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

So happy. Would love to stay at Janine’s again. I felt so content and at peace exactly where I was, between the balcony’s views, the golden hour lighting in the place, and even lounging on the bed still being able to see a view of the ocean. It was such a cozy space and a reminder that bigger is not better. Highly recommend for either a solo traveler or a couple/two travelers!!

This place is perfect for those who want to stay in La Jolla cove. It’s right in the middle of everything. Walkable to nearby restaurants, cafes, parks and more. La Jolla Shores is right down the street and so is Windansea. Truly an excellent location. The apartment itself was really clean and had everything we needed. 10/10.

I had a great stay! Everything I needed was in the apartment. TVs and internet were perfect for working/relaxing at home. Scott was responsive and helpful.

I stayed at Rose's AirBnB for four weeks with my husband and infant sons. The location is beautiful, it's one of four units, with a small porch, ideal for breakfast outside. The units are literally around the corner from the main street in La Jolla Shores, but really quiet. Rose organized two playpens for us, which was great. There were brand-new, unused beach towels, sand toys, body boards, beach chairs, and even a trolley available. Rose was always available via text or call when we needed something, although the flat had not been stocked for a 4-week stay, but we had additional coffee, towels, and soap delivered promptly. The price was crazy high, but we paid for a great location, 5 minutes from the beach and close to the SIO campus, which was twin pram accessible. With small children, you spend a lot of your time on the floor and in the bath, and see the floor close up, for the money we spent, it could have been cleaner. But I can recommend this place and would stay here again.

Me and my partner were here for a concert, the location is very walkable and beautiful. The stay is also very comforting, and exactly what we needed. The hosts were extremely welcoming, and gave us recommendations on activities, and places to eat. I will definitely be coming again.

We loved our stay in Mission Beach! Perfect for both relaxing and having fun on the boardwalk. The private hot tub was a great amenity to come home to every night in February, when the ocean is still too cold to swim in. The home is tucked away in a cute alley of beach houses and relatively private for being in such a bustling area. We would love to stay again!

Super convenient location - just minutes from the beach!! And all of the beach gear you could think of (beach bag, beach towels/chairs, umbrella, beach games, etc.) was provided making our trip super easy :)

Great place! Modern simple, deep tub, steam shower, comfy beds and pillows, peaceful environment. Wall-to-wall window doors look out into palm trees, chirping birds, lots of natural light. Note-there’s 2 entrances to underground parking of this. Parking entrance is LEFT side of building down the hill. Great to have dedicated indoor parking! Lovely stay

This Airbnb was just like we pictured. Host was kind and very responsive by giving clear and easy instructions to access the place. Felt right at home and had no problems whatsoever. Airbnb was nearby many places one would come to San Diego for. Would definitely return in the near future!
