Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in La Garnache

Le Collet was the perfect place to finish our French holiday and our only regret was that we hadn’t booked to stay longer. Catherine and Laurent were really friendly and accommodating. Directions were clear and easy to follow. The house is lovely, well-equipped and comfortable and the outdoor space makes it really flexible. We absolutely loved the area and definitely need to come back to explore more. We only managed to do one of the recommended walks (though it was 18km and we even saw a coypu - ragondin!). The guinguette in town on Saturday was great, but we also enjoyed having the option of local restaurants we could walk to. We would definitely stay again and recommend Catherine and Laurents place to everyone.

A haven of peace, and quiet, allowing for total disconnection. Great place to recharge. Nearby walking tour in an unspoiled and typical environment in the Breton Vendee marshes. Very nice scenery around. Definitely worth a try for nature lovers, and listen to the birdsong. Despite the bad weather forecast, the sun was there to enjoy the walks along the ocean. Hosts have been able to indicate the walks and places to discover according to our desires and preferences.

Very available, courteous and attentive host. Small private garden that allows you to enjoy the holidays outdoors.

Our stay was a real favorite; from the island of Noirmoutiers but also this magnificent house offered by Marc and his wife, very helpful and attentive to us, thank you to them! The accommodation is in a great location, very comfortable and cozy. Great job on the beautiful decor! Everything is done on foot or by bike, a real vacation. We'll be happy to go back, that's for sure.

I chose this rental to accommodate all my children. Very nice place. Very spacious, clean. Board games available. 1/2 hour from the beach. I highly recommend it. Stéphane very friendly.

We had a wonderful weekend discovering the charms of the Marais and northern Vendée. The setting is peaceful and rejuvenating, with plenty of activities nearby. We enjoyed local specialties like brioche and oysters, and ended our stay with fun pool games at the property — a real treat! Aurélie and Jean-Luc are lovely hosts, caring and always offer good advice. A big thank you to you, and we look forward to coming back, we recommend it.

The apartment is comfortably furnished, very clean and a whole garden with terrace, parking and loungers under palm trees is also for free use. Sylvia was waiting for us directly at check-in and was always approachable and very helpful. The accommodation is superbly located and only 5 minutes' walk from the beach. Mosquito nets on the windows (at least in the bedroom) might be useful. We felt at home, thank you to Sylvia and Nathalie!

Claire and Fabien's accommodation is extremely neat, both in terms of decor and cleanliness. It is a children's paradise with adapted equipment and a variety of indoor and outdoor games. Add to this welcoming and friendly hosts and it's the perfect combo for a successful stay on the Jade Coast!

For a mother-daughter reunion, we couldn't have found better! The apartment has a magnificent view and is very well located; the large beach is at the foot of the building. The accommodation is very functional. As for Aurore and Angélique, thank you for your warm welcome and responsiveness.

Pleasant stay at Catherine's home. Very good points: -> It is over-equipped compared to what I have seen in other Airbnbs. -> Written recommendations save valuable time and are written in 3 languages: French, English and Spanish. Perfect for an international clientele. I would like to draw your attention to 2 points: 1- Although it is noted in the listing (paragraph "Not included"), there is no Wi-Fi in the apartment which requires you to use your phone connection for Internet access. 2- The apartment is impeccably clean with many recommendations because cleaning is not included in the service. On the day of departure, remember to reserve enough time to make it as "clean" as the day of your arrival.

Very well located, quiet studio. Well-equipped, just missing 1 coffee machine. We have 1 French press, not practical for me! Tastefully decorated and very clean studio, with 1 magnificent view of the ocean. I would highly recommend it Great bike ride. Everything is super well appointed.
