Welcome to Le Chant des Pierres - Between Land and Sea. La Ganache is a cottage on our 8000m2 wooded lot, where our house is located, adjoining the second gite Les Mirettes. In the countryside and close to the sea, you will share with Les Mirettes: 1 outdoor swimming pool heated from mid-June to mid-September (dates according to weather), games room with billiards and board games, library veranda, ping-pong table, hammocks, adult and child bicycles + baby seat, vegetable garden, animals (sheep, chickens, cows and cats)

Ideally located just outside La Baule, you'll appreciate the peaceful, family-friendly atmosphere, the pétanque court, and especially the swimming pool (unheated - opening May 22, 2026). La Baule beach is 2.5km away (10min by bike, 30min on foot, 5min by car).

Isolated property, by the sea, Natura 2000 protected area, just 2.5 km from the train station and the center of Les Moutiers with local shops and 15 min from the old port of Pornic and supermarkets.
