Three-bedroom village house with fully enclosed landscaped garden equipped with two terraces and a large Jacuzzi. It is located in the hamlet of Conches between Longeville-sur-Mer (5 km) and La Tranche-sur-Mer (5 km) accessible, for those who wish, by bike path. The beach is 1 km away, accessible by car (2 minutes, parking) or through the forest, by bike or on foot, which is accessed just behind the villa. A marsh area completes the immediate surroundings of the premises.

A short walk from the sea, our spacious 130 m2 house classified as "3⭐️ furnished tourist accommodation", is located in Lauzières (oyster village at the gates of La Rochelle and near the Ile de Ré bridge).
