The apartment is very well located, at the foot of the Tour de la Lanterne, a stone's throw from the old port and 5 minutes from the beach of La Concurrence. The place is ideal for walking, cycling (self-service station nearby) and for taking the bus boats to the aquarium or the Port des Minimes. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the train station.

There were four of us in Alban's apartment. It's small but you'll have everything you'll need. The view of the master bedroom is great and the bed very comfortable. The kitchen is not really large, as in many French apartments, but nevertheless well equipped. You could get directly to the bike paths of the area by bike. We loved being on the beach every day within 1 minute walking distance and also having the sea in view even in bad weather. We can only recommend the apartment and will be happy to come back.

Very nice renovation for this small quiet house 15 min walk to the beach. Ideal for couples or a small family. We enjoyed the large enclosed garden, perfect for our dog. The accommodation is perfectly equipped and contact with Sébastien is very fluid and friendly. Perfect stay!

Great stay in this beautiful house! Well located, everything is as described, nothing to report! The only downside: the top bunk beds squeak a lot when you move at night.

We had a great time at Stéphanie's place. Very well-equipped and perfectly clean, it is extremely well optimized for a studio. Its location is very convenient for enjoying Saint-Martin, its port, restaurants and shops on foot. We rode bikes every day and everything was suitable thanks to the bike room and the proximity of the slopes. The plus: the beach is within a 15-minute walk!

Pauline's accommodation is very nice. The rooms are spacious, the apartment is well-appointed and the setting is very relaxing with a nice view from the balcony of the lake and the sea. Pauline is very responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend this accommodation for discovering La Rochelle and its surroundings.

We had a wonderful stay with the family in Les Sables d 'Olonne, and this apartment contributed greatly to it. The view is simply splendid. The apartment is in a great location, bright, clean, comfortable and perfectly equipped. A huge thank you to our host, a lady of great kindness, available and caring. We were also touched by the kindness and warm welcome of the Sablais, who make this city even more enjoyable to discover. Beautiful apartment, fabulous views (even from the shower!), and delightful little private beach - where our kids enjoyed playing while we played boules on the lawn above. Lovely walk into the old port, either along the beach path, or inland along the beautiful grassy avenue. Great restaurants in the town, although we enjoyed most meals at home so we could make the most of the fantastic views. A wonderful stay!

This apartment is in a great location with views over the harbour and the sea. It is clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. We like that once there it is possible to leave your car in its parking space and walk to beaches, shops and restaurants. A lovely place for a calm and restful holiday.
