Welcome to Les Sables! Nice studio of 32 m2 located on the 7th floor of a luxury residence in the heart of the embankment. A splendid view facing the ocean, all over the right side of the bay and the entrance to the channel. The beach and embankment a short walk away! For your convenience, free parking is reserved for you during the summer season on June/July/August. Parking 10 minutes walk from the property. 45 m2 accommodation includes a living room/kitchen. A bedroom with a 160 cm bed. One cabin bedroom with a 80 x 180 bunk bed. Linens and sheets included. A bathroom with toilet and washing machine. The annex includes a terrace and a courtyard to enjoy the outdoors. (watch your step when opening the gate) Access to private and independent accommodation. The accommodation is accessible by Rue de la Danaë, park and access by a small pedestrian alley to the accommodation (70 meters away)

This house is our vacation home, we have a great time with our 3 children and we would like it to accommodate travelers passing through the Atlantic coast... The house is nicely located, 5 minutes from the beach and the city center. It is at the end of a cul-de-sac, very quiet. All errands can be accomplished on foot or by bike. The 400 m2 garden is enclosed and wooded. There's a parking spot. Ideal for a stay for families or groups of friends.

City house with A/C, terrace and astonishing view

This building has been built in XVIII century and overlook the Vieux Port. With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms it allow six people to enjoy very comfortably their stay in la Rochelle. Its exceptional situation made it very convenient for going out to a bar or restaurants very near by or to cook products you have bought a the fresh market (open daily). No need for a car to visit and enjoy La Rochelle from this place.

Small, peaceful spot 400 m from Plage des Chardons and 500 m from the center of L'Aiguillon-la-Presqu'île, with its small shops.
