Our house is located 200 m from the beach and 100 m from shops, close to everything but quiet. At the front, the large paved and fenced terrace welcomes you for your meals and moments of relaxation. L'Aiguillon-la-Presqu'Ile (formerly La Faute-sur-Mer) is a charming little seaside resort between ocean and river, located opposite Île de Ré not far from La Rochelle and Les Sables-d'Olonne. Parking in the streets around and large free parking nearby.

Small, peaceful spot 400 m from Plage des Chardons and 500 m from the center of L'Aiguillon-la-Presqu'île, with its small shops. Fully fitted and equipped kitchen, dining/living area (sofa bed), bathroom, one bedroom (1 double bed + 1 extra bed), outdoor area with dining area, Wi-Fi. Towels and bed sheets are not provided; only duvets and pillows are provided. Cleaning must be done before departure.
