This house is our vacation home, we have a great time with our 3 children and we would like it to accommodate travelers passing through the Atlantic coast... The house is nicely located, 5 minutes from the beach and the city center. It is at the end of a cul-de-sac, very quiet. All errands can be accomplished on foot or by bike. The 400 m2 garden is enclosed and wooded. There's a parking spot. Ideal for a stay for families or groups of friends.

Our house is located 200 m from the beach and 100 m from shops, close to everything but quiet. At the front, the large paved and fenced terrace welcomes you for your meals and moments of relaxation. L'Aiguillon-la-Presqu'Ile (formerly La Faute-sur-Mer) is a charming little seaside resort between ocean and river, located opposite Île de Ré not far from La Rochelle and Les Sables-d'Olonne. Parking in the streets around and large free parking nearby.

Located 100 meters from the plan d'eau and 1.5 km from the beaches of La Faute-sur-Mer in the center of Aiguillon-sur-Mer. On a 200 m2 enclosed plot, you have a 95 m2 house refurbished to modern standards. You can enjoy a house with a large living room and 3 bedrooms, one on the ground floor. For weekend rentals, possibility to pick up the keys in a key box to arrive before 6 p.m. if the curfew is still in effect.
