The house is nicely located, 5 minutes from the beach and the city center. It is at the end of a cul-de-sac, very quiet. All errands can be accomplished on foot or by bike. The 400 m2 garden is enclosed and wooded. There's a parking spot. Ideal for a stay for families or groups of friends.

L'Aiguillon-la-Presqu'Ile (formerly La Faute-sur-Mer) is a charming little seaside resort between ocean and river, located opposite Île de Ré not far from La Rochelle and Les Sables-d'Olonne. Parking in the streets around and large free parking nearby.

For weekend rentals, possibility to pick up the keys in a key box to arrive before 6 p.m. if the curfew is still in effect.
