Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Kramsach

The stay was very nice. Pauline is a very friendly and nice host. The apartment was clean and had everything you need (as described), even a walk-in closet. The bathroom is modern. In 10 minutes' walk you can reach two supermarkets, a bakery, a snack bar with pizza, kebab, etc. and an Asian restaurant. By car, you can reach Munich in about 30 minutes. I highly recommend staying at Pauline's and will certainly be a guest at Pauline's again in the future.

We had a very nice stay. The tiny house is comfortably furnished and very clean. Everything was super equipped, so that even for cooking the most important utensils were there. The communication was also great and our questions were answered quickly. Glad to come back!

Sanni's house really great for a ski vacation. The bus station is right around the corner and you are at the Schatzbergbahn within less than 10 minutes. The house is 600 years old, you can hear that of course. It creaks at every step on the upper floor and the wooden doors are also not tight, as there are partial gaps between the boards. If you speak a little louder, you can talk to the living-dining area with the person in the bedroom about it. Nevertheless, our one-year-old child also slept very well in the house (but there was more than just wood between our room and the floor below). There was a chair for him, a baby bed and even an extra towel was provided for him. The beds for the adults are very soft, you have to like that. The kitchen is well equipped, in the dining room there are some board games and upstairs a grand piano and a bookshelf. From the veranda and the garden you have a beautiful view of the mountains.

Fantastic house, tastefully decorated, with all the comforts. Had a great week with the whole family. Very nice that each room had its own bathroom and toilet. Had accidents with toilet seat, was handled very smoothly. Very sympathetic all!

The place was perfect! Very clean, very modern, well equipped and a good location. Anna is a super hostess. She is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We would immediately choose this beautiful apartment again.

We were guests at Maria and Josef's for an extended hiking weekend. I can only agree with the previous reviews - we had a wonderful AirBnB experience in the best sense, as it was originally intended! You live on the upper floor of the detached house - enough privacy, but also "family connection"! Maria and Josef have a big heart, are very friendly, open and helpful and gave us great tips for our hikes. The rooms are spacious, super clean, furnished in a traditional style, you have a great view everywhere, the balcony offers space to eat. The location is very quiet and surrounded by nature, yet you can reach the village for shopping or the highway in a few minutes by car and can also reach more distant destinations quickly. There is a lot to explore in the area, from easy walks to challenging summit tours! We felt immediately comfortable and welcome and would come back without hesitation!

Let me say it in Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian language), as we are the first visitor from Indonesia. "Hanya satu kata : Cakep!!" In one word : Stunning!! The place has stolen our hearts. The reality exceeds the photos. The view from the balcony is a Wow!

A very nice and cozy place to stay in an amazing landscape in the middle of the mountains. The place has everything you need. The location is at the top of a slope, with wonderful views. You are also right on the edge of the forest and can enjoy nature. Very nice terrace with a view. The box spring bed is incredibly soft and cozy. It was a very great stay! Thank you. 😊

Staying with Conny and Christian was just fantastic! The place is furnished with so much attention to detail that you feel at home from the first moment. There is nothing missing and you would love to move in yourself 😉 The location is beautiful, and the view from the terrace was simply priceless. Conny and Christian are incredibly warm and thoughtful hosts. After Conny found out I have celiac disease, she baked extra gluten-free bread and an Easter braid. On Easter Sunday there was even a small Easter basket for me with the treats. Absolutely not a matter of course and insanely sweet 🥰 The time together with coffee and a nice conversation with the two was also a highlight of my stay. I felt completely comfortable and can absolutely recommend this special place.

We absolutely loved Christine's place. It's located on the hills beside Innsbruck and has a great view of the mountains. It's a very serene and beautiful place and close enough to city's attractions. The house had everything we needed and more. She had placed multiple guides related to Innsbruck in the apartment, which is very thoughtful. Christine was very helpful and prompt in helping us out with any issues that we faced. we would definitely stay here again during our next visit.

Sabrina’s apartment was beyond wonderful — clean, cozy, and beautifully designed with a breathtaking view of the mountains. The garden and terrace were perfect for relaxing, and the hospitality was exceptional. Sabrina was kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. We felt completely at home. Highly recommended for families and nature lovers!

Excellent accommodation, breathtaking views and very peaceful

Tine and her husband were delightful. The BnB was clean with a modern bathroom, lounge space where the Netflix was signed into a guest account, and everything you’d need in the kitchen, including baking paper, salt, vinegar, coffee pods for the machine etc. Tine was free to pick us up from W-F train station and while driving us to the BnB gave us information about the local area, and left a print-off of the local bus timetable, highlighting the relevant bits for us. She drove us past the local restaurant which she recommended (we went that night and loved it! Felt v traditional). We had breakfast outside on the chairs provided, to take in the surreal view. She lives next door with her husband and was very happy to help if we had any questions. Wattens, the local town is about a 50 min walk downhill, a ~€20 taxi, or a cheap bus ride. Plenty of walking to do locally, with Wattenberg maps dotted around the area. The local restaurant is a 20 min scenic walk away. Can’t wait to return!

Very nice place to stay in a great location. In particular, the view from the balcony was fantastic, here we liked to make ourselves comfortable for hours. The apartment itself is very nicely decorated, the kitchen is well equipped and everything was very clean. Communication and process went smoothly. Glad to come back!

Everything as described, Stephanie responded very quickly and the apartment has a personal touch. The location is of course great. Check-in is in person and you don't just get a key code, which we like. Everything was also provided for our child. There were plenty of towels and a small basic equipment in the kitchen such as tea, coffee, oil, cereal and milk.

This was one of our best stays so far. The place offered a fantastic view of the mountains and the city,sunset views are mystical and must not be missed. The house was spacious, cozy and had all the required amenities. Cristina and Ernst were great hosts and made us super comfortable. They were quick in their responses and humble in their approach. We take the best memories from our 1-week stay in the beautiful and perfectly furnished apartment. The accommodation is highly recommended, corresponds exactly to the description and looks even more beautiful than in the pictures. Rainer is an excellent host who is always available for questions. Also, we found his provided information material perfect. We found everything very clean and the view from the balcony into the lush greenery is beautiful even in the rain. The region with a variety of well signposted hiking trails is perfect for active holidays on one side and slowing down on the other. The Schliersee is a few minutes' walk away. Shopping and the bakery are within walking distance in a few minutes. We felt very comfortable and had a great time. We really lacked nothing. Absolutely lucky! Thank you for everything! We will be happy to come back :)

The best premium budget AirBnB: this is the best apartment close to Munich and surroundings for a fair budget. For two people with a car, perfect choice. (35 min by car/1h 15 min by public transport to Munich) It is really a fair deal, which is perfect for all young flexible people for longer but in my case also shorter trips. I thank you in advance for everything and clearly it is not my last time here 😉

The apartment is well located for both hiking in the surrounding area and access into Innsbruck. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The private outdoor terrace had tremendous views and was south facing yet still secluded. Small, well appointed supermarket 10 minutes walk away. Overall I would highly recommend.
