Vacation rentals with a kayak in Kootenai County

Great place for a relaxing girls weekend. Loved sitting on the deck reading our books. Downtown CDA isn't too far away either if you want to do something more touristy.

Great place to stay to go to silverwood theme park!

Amazing! The pictures don't due justice to the beautiful, peaceful view of the lake. The dock, beach area, and patio area are all great areas to hang out.... depending on how much sun you want to get. We took the kayak, stand up paddle board, and peddle boat out several times. It's great to have a nice selection of water 'toys'. The peddle boat is really fun, and you don't have to get wet. The house was very clean, and it's nice when each bedroom has its own bathroom. The beds are comfy, and the sheets are super soft. The kitchen has everything you could possible need, and all the little extras like spices, baggies, foil, condiments, etc. The kitchen table is large enough for a big group, and the view from the kitchen (and living room) is beautiful. The basement is set up great too with lots of game. The city of Coeur d' Alene is very fun and walkable. There are so many shops and great places to eat. It's about a 5 minute drive from the house. We loved everything about our stay.

Wow! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. The space is beautifully decorated with high end finishes, and is stocked with everything to make you feel right at home. The location is perfect, in a quiet neighborhood but only a few blocks from everything you’d need. Definitely recommended this home and hope to visit again!

This home is beautiful with amazing views and surrounded by all kinds of wildlife. Owners were responsive to questions, and they made recommendations . Very easy to find. Would we all go again, yes! Thank you.

Our stay at Ellen’s Place was great, we had 2 infants and Ellen had a baby monitor and play pen which was great and felt very at home. Ellen was very responsive to any questions we may have had and overall a great host. We hope to visit again soon, and I’d recommend Ellen’s place to anyone looking to visit Rockford Bay.

This was a lovely location for a girls trip. It is very nice and private and tucked away. I will say, the quality of the home isn't spectacular - the deck is a little rough and the docks are pretty rickety. However, I had a ton of fun with my group and those things didn't make a huge difference in the weekend. I thought the price was a little high for what it was, but I was glad to be so close to town. The views from the deck are incredible.

The Lake House was so beautiful. We loved the location and the views were fantastic. The house was very comfortable, and we had plenty of room for our group. It was perfect for our stay and we highly recommend it. We loved the decks, the view of the lake, the dock was great to accessing the lake. Really nice.

Crystal’s cabin was perfect! Every single detail was so thoughtful, just the way you would want it in your own home. She had a lovely flower arrangement and sweet welcome note as we came in. The property was beautiful, and we loved using the paddle boards, and pedal boat and just playing on the dock. Everything about this place was above and beyond our expectations. Thank you for such a fun, relaxing stay!

Great home for family get together!

Eric was a great host and his cabin was better than we expected. Everything was perfect, starting with the gorgeous views, all the amenities you could possibly need and the new boat dock which was important to us because we traveled there by boat and was large enough to hang out there with our group during the day and into the night under the stars. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and it just felt like being in a cozy, welcoming home. Thank you, Eric, for making our stay so special!

This was a lovely location for our family. The house layout was perfect for our three couples and two children. We enjoyed the access to the water and toys provided. Our hosts were very responsive and helpful.

The property is very new, but everything was set up perfectly for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. From the amenities to the cleanliness, everything exceeded our expectations. We had another great stay at Sandy’s place. The lake is awesome and the house was accommodating for our large group. We did Silverwood on the way in and the way out and then spent a couple great days enjoying the private dock, the kayaks, and the lake.

Jennifer was very responsive and accommodating. I loved the little touches throughout the house like s'mores fixings and trout bait for fishing. The location is absolutely beautiful!!
