The place was more than we expected. They left us stuff in the fridge to make breakfast which was a wonderful surprise. The only down side was the only access to let our dog out was through the garage door which wasn't that convenient. But overall we enjoyed our time there and would stay there again.

Amazing place for the price. Like other reviews mentioned, the interior and appliances are dated. Im a kid 90's earlier 2000 kid, so it didn't bother me at all. The beds were comfortable place was clean. It's a basement so you do hear the upstairs in the early morning. If u rise earlier or a heavy sleeper shouldn't be a problem. we will be back just an amazing place. thank you

We were there for our daughter's wedding reception and the place was perfect! We had our pup Bentley and no stairs for his bad hips. comfortable bed and peaceful surroundings with pretty lake view. We will look forward to going back! Thank you Linda for a wonderful stay♥️

Perfect little place to crash in Cd'A! Luxurious bed & gorgeous bathroom! Everything was brand new and beautiful! We felt very comfortable and enjoyed living amungst the locals!! Julie went above and beyond helping us acclimate to town, providing helpful suggestions and making sure we had what we needed. She was an exceptional host! We got very lucky!

What a wonderful, peaceful, relaxing place to stay. My husband, daughter and I had such a memorable time there. The view of the lake and being out on nature was amazing! We loved visiting in the winter and hope to come back in the summer after our baby boy is born. Such wonderful hosts and the inside was very nice and lovely.

Steve’s mother in law suite, was perfect for us. It’s in between Athol and downtown CDA. The back yards view is so lovely to wake up too and the space is so inviting and cozy. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. We can’t wait to stay again in the future!

I have be planning to visit relatives in Idaho for years and Marlan made it super easy to book. The location was amazing and it felt like waking up in a dream everyday. Our family loved staying there!

My husband and I stayed for 8 nights in May. The house sits on a quiet cul-de-sac in a well-maintained, walkable neighborhood. Janet was a joy to rent from, responsive and welcoming. She thought of everything to make us feel at home: parking on the driveway, a well-furnished kitchenette, extra blankets, an emergency flashlight, a blanket for guests who bring their dogs, books on local hikes and drives... We thoroughly relaxed, enjoyed the apartment and the area. The next time we are in town, for sure we will want to stay with Janet.

Ryans place was great and i would stay there again. Our plans changed last minute and Ryan was able to accommodate. He was super responsive and very friendly. 100% we will be back.

Took the whole family to Silverwood, and this was less than 15 minutes away. We booked both rooms and were able to easily fit all 5 kids in one of the rooms. The rooms are huge. They were clean and the kitchenette area has everything you need, but I'll be honest, we were on vacation so we went to the McDonalds 5 minutes away for breakfast. The rooms reminded me of a grandparents guest room. The furniture is antique but not chic if that makes any sense. Beds were comfortable and the price was less than half of anything else I could find in the area. Phenomenal value for what you get. Rob was friendly and helped us get situated when we showed up.

Spotless, mindfully put together. A contemporary apt with multiple upgrades. Well stocked in each room, comfy bed. Full size Fridge/Freezer, and Washer and Dryer was a plus! Hosts were attentive to any needs and provided quick and helpful feedback. I highly recommend the hosts and their apt to any traveler!.

Very nice place, clean, friendly and responsive host. Maybe not the most exciting part of town, but easy to get around and made up for by cost difference.
