During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. The neighboring home is undergoing construction from Apr-Sep 2026. You can expect construction noise and traffic during the daytime.

Please note: it's located above our garage with 18 stairs to get in. The nearest public beach is 5 minutes away.

This is a one bedroom cottage with a pull out sofa that is very comfortable!! Completely remodeled on the inside and in the process of remodeling the landscaping.
