Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Konak

We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay at Akin and Gul’s place! The location is right in the heart of Urla, all the must see places are within walking distance. Having breakfast at their beautiful yard with olive and lemon tree was an amazing experience! They are both amazing hosts, super easy to communicate and very helpful. You can find everything you might need at the kitchen. We would definitely want to come back! Thank you Gül and Akın for your unforgettable hospitality!! :)

The place we stayed was very clean and tidy. We did not feel anything missing. We would like to thank Mr. Ali Ozan, who hosted us. My fiancé and I have also prepared a surprise organization. We also named Rex for his lovely friends in the garden, an incredibly smart kopek. Thanks for everything🙏🏻

Our vacation was very nice, the house is very clean, useful and has a great architecture. It is in a location where you can easily walk around and spend time. The host was very caring and very optimistic . Thank you, Mr. Dolphin. Highly recommend .

The place we stayed before Overall, we were satisfied, the location was right at the entrance of the nazarköy, and there was plenty of food around it. We enjoyed a peaceful and tranquil place. Communication with Ms. Esim was comfortable. They were flexible on entry. But there are things I can recommend, we could not use the pool seasonally (it was not cleaned), the flow of the water in the shower was low and there was a heating problem, the kitchen supplies can be diversified. Thank you for everything, and we hope to see you again... 🙏🏻🙏🏻

My family and I stayed for 3 days and were able to communicate quickly with our host. The location of the house was good and there was no parking problem. The house was clean and tidy, overall we were satisfied.

A peaceful, clean, and great villa. Ms. Seda was responsive, helpful, and provided us with many great suggestions about the neighborhood.

The host is very sweet:) For normal stays, we found everything we forgot to buy while not even finding salt in the house. We were told we wouldn't mind using it, and we could even use their own items in the closet. How sweet ! Since the house is stone, the downstairs was a little too cold, but our primitive feelings next to the fireplace were very enjoyable to watch the fire:) The design of the house is quite good... it was very good to look at the view and take a deep breath. It was a short but very pleasant stay. Thank you:) now we feel like we have a home in Urla. I plan to take the cat in the house next time and bring it to her own house:):)

The apartment is centrally located or even next to the historical elevator, but parking really turns into an ordeal because there's not even a parking lot around. The house was really clean. The view was nice, but even though the windows were closed, the cold weather made it difficult to sit in the living room. Everything was great except for these issues.

We stayed six nights at this apartment in Güzelyalı, Izmir, and had a very good experience. The host, Çağdaş, contacted us before arrival, met us in person, kindly helped with our luggage, and walked us through the apartment, explaining everything clearly. He was friendly, helpful, and accommodative throughout. Check-in was smooth. The apartment was just like the listing—clean, well-kept, and fully functional. The sea view was unobstructed and a highlight of the stay. The space was well arranged and had everything needed for a comfortable visit. The location is convenient, close to public transport, and within walking distance of restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, cafes, shops, and a mall. The area felt safe and active. Communication with Çağdaş was easy, and he replied quickly when needed. He also offered some great local tips for restaurants and tours. I recommend this place and would stay again.

The location and sea view of the house were very satisfying, clean and tidy and had quite enough heating for those who would stay in the winter. The house is heated by natural gas and fireplace, and the fireplace and sea views make this house stand out from other houses. The house is in a decent neighborhood and the shop owners around know the artisan. The residents are not disturbing people, the apartment is generally quiet and peaceful. I recommend it as a Tourist.

A well appointed apartment in a convenient neighbourhood to explore Izmir. Street parking is tough but there is a paid lot across the street.

Everything was very nice, we had our baby and dog with us during our family vacation, we were very comfortable, the house was spotless, everything was considered, Mr. Muhammed was very interested, the house was as it appeared in the photos, we had a very pleasant holiday, thank you for everything

We are so great with evetything

It is a great villa, very spacious. I stayed here with my extended family and kids loved the big garden, pool, cats and bunnies. Villa is only few minutes drive from the main shopping mall of the town which we used for getting everything for the BBQ. It is not cheap but you get luxury, we were all happy and we will be back.

Mr. Metin was a very caring, helpful and easy to communicate with. It helped us a lot by providing quick feedback both before the trip and during the stay. The house is a very suitable option for those who want a peaceful holiday. It is a very nice environment with a patio, pool, and garden. The house is very clean and tidy. If anyone wants to go outside the summer, the heating was also very good. We would like to thank Mr. Metin for everything:)

The personal welcome by the host was very warm – I felt welcome right away. The place is extremely clean, the beds are super hygienic and very comfortable. Questions were responded to immediately, and there was always a timely response. The location is ideal if you are traveling by car – especially the proximity to the airport and the trade fair is optimal. Thank you to the host for the great stay!
