Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Konak

The description of the guests' favorite is absolutely true... We changed our holiday date and rented the house and had a very nice holiday experience. The house was completely as described and as in the photos, it was also very authentic and clean. It was a very nice house consisting of 2 spacious rooms, a living room, a toilet and a kitchen, with its own toilet and bathroom, where 2 couples could easily stay. We enjoyed the cherry liqueur our host left for us while sitting in the courtyard in the evening... Our hosts were also very hospitable, they answered all our questions quickly and with interest... Thank you very much.

The tiny house we stayed in was also more beautiful than the photos. The surroundings of the house and the interior of the house were peaceful. Everything was very clean. Honestly, we didn't want to leave the house. Thank you Mr. Ali for his interest and relevance. We will miss our dear friend Nina...

Lovely town house with the most helpful, kind hosts.

First of all, I would like to thank Ms. Görkem for her quick and solution-oriented communication. I stayed at the house for a night to get away from the city crowd and relax on my own. It was the same as the photos. It's nice to be in a quiet, peaceful and safe neighborhood so close to the center. The house was very clean. I did not encounter anything that did not work, but if I had, I believe that Ms. Görkem would probably solve it in a short time. The loft ambiance, the jacuzzi enjoyment was great. I'm thinking of renting it out again for the winter season to enjoy the fireplace. I really felt at home. Peaceful atmosphere.

Basak's house is nice and convenient. It is interestingly decorated. Basak was very responsive and friendly. I would like to go back again. I highly recommend the place.

I stayed with Meils for 10 days. The apartment was as stated on the listing. I was very pleasantly received and check-in was smooth and uncomplicated. There is everything you need for your stay. The kitchen is well equipped. I felt very comfortable with Melis. A clear recommendation! Thank you :-)

The apartment is centrally located or even next to the historical elevator, but parking really turns into an ordeal because there's not even a parking lot around. The house was really clean. The view was nice, but even though the windows were closed, the cold weather made it difficult to sit in the living room. Everything was great except for these issues.

The apartment is very well decorated and free of clutter. Very welcoming and easy to relax in. The view of the ocean is amazing. There are restaurants, markets, cafes, shops, etc. right outside the front and back doors. Also public transportation that takes you straight to the downtown touristy area. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend if you're staying in Izmir.

The location and sea view of the house were very satisfying, clean and tidy and had quite enough heating for those who would stay in the winter. The house is heated by natural gas and fireplace, and the fireplace and sea views make this house stand out from other houses. The house is in a decent neighborhood and the shop owners around know the artisan. The residents are not disturbing people, the apartment is generally quiet and peaceful. I recommend it as a Tourist.

We had a great stay at Asli's place. The apartment is new and beautifully decorated. It is well set up for guests. We had everything we needed. It is a real gem and exceeded our expectations. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Izmir.

The best bnb flat I've stayed in in Turkey. Furkan was also an architect. He took care of every corner of the house. He hosted us very well. I was blown away by his energy. Good thing we stayed in this house and got to know him.

Our stay was very peaceful! I came to Urla for a sports competition, and was glad that we chose to stay at this place. I recovered nicely and rested ready for the next day. The house is so charming, unique and peaceful, and the views at daytime are amazing, forest and birds chirping, a swimming pool, and very welcoming and friendly hosts! Even though there was a little problem with the shower/water, Secattin and his wife were always fast to respond and to solve any problems!
