It's an excellent space that is well worth the cost. The view from the balcony and dining area alone are worth the price. Everything from the beds, washroom, kitchen, and seating are all comfortable and the rooms are very well equipped, clean, functional and cozy. The location is definitely premium. The proximity to the historic elevator, cafes, restaurants, market, ferry, is very convenient and accessing everything from shopping, dining, and travelling are easy, quick and scenic. I cannot say enough good things about the host. He went above and beyond for our trip, even going so far as to holding a parking spot so we could park directly in front of the apartment. His attentiveness and responses were always helpful and his recommendations were all exceptional. He made the trip better than I could have hoped for. If you're in Izmir this place is a must for anyone who wants to experience this beautiful city and get the best of everything. Thank you for having us and we'll be back.

We haven't stayed in such a clean house in a long time, and Mr. Bulut responded very quickly to our every question. There was preparation for all the needs in the house, the fact that it is available from providing drinking water with a carboy to all spices trees, thinking from box games to single-use slippers makes your stay enjoyable and reduces your workload. We hope to go again. Would recommend.

yes this Airbnb is lovely, Host answered all my questions. The location was high up with lots of steps, google walking map took to there, However there an historic Lift very close to take you up and down. Use the Tram to get you to museums, also I signed up for tours, not a lot to see in the area! Great food places.

An oasis in a bustling and noisy city.The house is quaint and the furnishings are elegant and stylish.Especially the corridor is very impressive, high roofs and chandeliers, antique furniture and mirrors like an old aristocratic residence.I especially like the kitchen, spacious, with all kinds of utensils, cups and plates.Stone walls.A few hundred meters away is the seaside promenade.Transportation is also convenient.

The apartment has everything you might need, it is very convenient and makes you feel at home. The location is perfect: 200 m from walking street with restaurants and not far from the Quay. Günyol was a perfect host, friendly and helpful. If you want to live in the centre of vibrant Turkish life - this place is definitely for you.

The host team is very professional and caring, we enjoyed our stay at this place. It’s located in a historical neighborhood, clean and has all you need for both short and long stay. While it might get a bit chilly at nights in winter, we were provided with heating equipments. There’s also a washing machine and a dryer in the house. Definitely recommended host and place

The hotel is very centrally located between Kemeralti and Alsancak, close to the train station. The area is changing – some buildings have already been renovated, and there are ongoing modernization projects. Baris' hotel is a successful example of how well-maintained and inviting it will look everywhere here. After checking in, you immediately feel comfortable: The rooms are clean and tidy, and the entire hotel is well maintained. Baris and his team are very hospitable and take care of their guests with a lot of commitment. I was very happy with my stay and would book here again any time I travel to Izmir.

The hotel staff was caring, friendly, and professional. The room was clean and cleaned every day during our stay at the hotel. Breakfast is an extremely sufficient breakfast. It can be said that there was everything a breakfast should have. The neighborhood where the hotel is located was safe and close to most places. Personally, we were able to park the car and walk everywhere.

very quiet and private accommodation despite very busy surroundings. You live right on the edge of the large and worth seeing street market. So you can go shopping, eat, drink tea and coffee, etc. It's a 15-minute walk to the harbor and harbor promenade. To the excavation of the historic Smyrna 5 minutes by foot. But you are also right by car on the highway. Easily accessible by public transportation. If you have a car, there is a parking space right next door. The ground floor apartment is totally quiet, cool and comfortable. Unfortunately, you only have access to the roof terrace through the upstairs apartment, which is why we can't say anything about it. But the courtyard is very nice for breakfast or just sitting together. All in all highly recommended

2 Friends we stayed, the house is large and clean, the balcony has a completely view, and there are seating areas and a bamboo swing on the balcony, we stayed, the host is very kind and kind and helpful, there is wifi in the house for many things, we did not have internet problems, thank you for everything:)

Staying at Mr. Mehmet's house was really perfect. The house was spotless, very comfortable, and exactly as it appeared in the photos. Everything was thought out down to the last detail and we felt right at home. Mr. Mehmet was also incredibly hospitable and helpful, very interested in everything. Vintage and Comfortable Greek House in the Center

Dear Emre I would like to sincerely thank you for your care and warmth! Your place is basic, but for me it was the resting place in the city of Izmir, where I felt very comfortable! I was able to sleep peacefully and take a warm shower 😌😍 and there were plenty of dishes and pots for breakfast. I would book your place again right away:), see you hopefully soon, warmly Mirjam

Unique Experience in Historic Mansion

do not expect a 5 stars hotel but the place was worth the money. The flat is big (2 floors) with 2 kitchen (one on each floor). The shower is downstairs while the toilet is upstairs. Bed were comfortable and the water was hot in the shower. Maybe I could have done with more equipment in the kitchen, honestly. We always could find a parking spot outside the door and the location is right in the city center where there are a lot of restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. The host was very responsive and patience. Self check in was easy and handy. thanks!
