Dear Emre I would like to sincerely thank you for your care and warmth! Your place is basic, but for me it was the resting place in the city of Izmir, where I felt very comfortable! Spacious and comfortable apartment in quiet location. Well equipped kitchen with water, tea bags and oil much appreciated. Mustafa was friendly, helpful and responsive. The place isn't the easiest to find, but once you're there it's in a pleasant area with shops close by, a taxi rank and public transport not too far away (listen to Mustafa's directions if you want to avoid climbing a steep hill!) Recommend for a short stay.

An absolutely fantastic stay! The place was spotless, beautifully designed, and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to everything yet peaceful. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making sure everything was just right. I highly recommend this Airbnb and would definitely stay here again!

do not expect a 5 stars hotel but the place was worth the money. The flat is big (2 floors) with 2 kitchen (one on each floor). The shower is downstairs while the toilet is upstairs. Bed were comfortable and the water was hot in the shower. Maybe I could have done with more equipment in the kitchen, honestly. We always could find a parking spot outside the door and the location is right in the city center where there are a lot of restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. The host was very responsive and patience. Self check in was easy and handy. thanks!

Place was great, owners answered every question i had in maximum 10 mins. Place is clean, lightning is great, has a great balcony. Location was great. (restourants, coctail places, coffee shops etc.)

If you are going to stay in Izmir as a couple, you can choose Mr. Osman directly without thinking about it. Everything was perfect,clean, and impeccable.

I had 2 nights stay and found Mehmet very responsive to fix the small issue very quickly. Location is great, close to main arterial road but without noise. My day tour bus pickup to Ephesus was very easy due to proximity.

The house was better than the photos. The patio, garden and pool were very tidy and clean. The rooms were quite adequate, clean and comfortable. Thank you to the host for a lovely stay.

Mr. Mehmet is a really helpful host. We had a very nice holiday in his magnificent house. This is in her house 3. It will be the first address we will choose for our stay and future trips to Izmir. Thank you for your hospitality.

The apartment was ideally located and quite big. Firat welcomed us and was very helpful, he organized a taxi when we needed to go to Çeşme, enabling us to catch a ferry early in the morning. This is by far one of the best Airbnbs that i ever stayed at. There is a spectacular view of Izmir, the area is in a perfect location, very quiet and peaceful but easy to get to, the space is very comfortable and clean, and the owner Firat is extremely kind, and was very helpful to us with everything we needed. I highly recommend everyone to stay here, and i hope i will come back again soon.

We had the opportunity to stay in this wonderful Airbnb house managed by Aytekin and Mr. Uğur in Konak in the heart of Izmir. First of all, the location of the house was perfect. Exploring the city was extremely easy and enjoyable thanks to its central location. The house was immaculate and thoughtfully prepared with everything you could need in mind. The kitchen has all the necessary stuff for cooking, the beds were extremely comfortable and the overall atmosphere was very peaceful. In addition, the hosts helped us a lot with parking, which gave us a great advantage in the city center. The hospitality and friendly attitude of Aytekin and Uğur Bey was really appreciated. We felt right at home thanks to their close attention to every detail and turning our stay into a seamless experience. If you are looking for a comfortable, clean and central stay in Izmir, I definitely recommend this place. It was a great experience, thanks so much!

Mustafa is very supportive and great host. Everything’s was so clean and tidy. Location is 15 minutes to beach and 10 minutes to metro but market is only 2 minutes.

Great views, spacious and clean apartment. Murats communication was good. Only drawbacks - bit of a long steep walk into town and the shower room was quite small and dated. Otherwise a great stay.
