It was a pleasure to meet Tülay and to stay in her home. She was very responsive and proactive, always making sure I had what I needed and helping me with ordering a taxi when I left. Her home was comfortable, spacious and a relaxing place to stay. The location was convenient to walk to a large shopping mall and metro station with quick access to the airport.

me and my fiancée are a couple who cares about privacy and what can I say Mr. Osman is a wonderful host. If you are going to stay in Izmir as a couple, you can choose Mr. Osman directly without thinking about it. The neighborhood and the environment are very nice for the couples:) he offers my thanks to Mr. Osman for his help, we are patient to prefer him in the next stay...

The place we stayed before Overall, we were satisfied, the location was right at the entrance of the nazarköy, and there was plenty of food around it. We enjoyed a peaceful and tranquil place. Communication with Ms. Esim was comfortable. They were flexible on entry. But there are things I can recommend, we could not use the pool seasonally (it was not cleaned), the flow of the water in the shower was low and there was a heating problem, the kitchen supplies can be diversified. great apartment with a lot of attention to detail and a lively neighborhood

Good place to stay in the Nergiz neighborhood. The apartment is spacious and clean. There are 2 ACs which is important in the summer. The kitchen has all the stuff you need for cooking. The place has a good Internet connection suitable for remote work. The utilities were very affordable. Thank you, Deniz and Dogu for your hospitality.

Very good stay because the accommodation is nice and warm. The rooftop terrace allows you to enjoy splendid views. The wifi problems were handled and the owner was responsive.

Leyla was kind and responsive. Liked her place and the hospitality. It was even within walking distance to the metro station, the sea, the konakul and many other nice places were comfortable for getting around from Layla's place. Will gladly return to Layla.
