Our Blue Flag TEKKE beach is a 1-minute walk away. Your #separate entrance# 1+0 room, located on the garden floor of the villa where we live, is 40 square meters. Your room has a private kitchen and bathroom. Since we only rent out the room on the garden floor of the villa, there will be no other guests besides you, and you can use the garden. There are restaurants, entertainment centers, and a marina within walking distance of our house. Alaçatı is a 15-minute drive away. Your room can accommodate a maximum of 2 people. We have free parking.

A mini chalet with a magnificent view of the village and the pond, where you can enjoy by the fireplace in winter. 5 minutes to Ulamış village center. A Chalet with a great location 20 minutes from the seaside such as Seferihisar, Sığacık, Akarca, and beach clubs (places such as Sahil Beach, Mali Beach, Akkum Beach). You can taste the famous Karakılçık ata bread and Armola Cheese baked in the stone oven of the village, and visit our village market. Note: We have 2 cats in the garden of our house that were later included in our house.

Evde yatak odalarının kendi banyoları dışında bir banyo ve tuvalet daha mevcuttur. Banyolar oda içinde ve açık banyodur. Mutfağımız ayrıntılı malzemeler kapsar.

If you stay in this house, which is in a central location, you will be close to everywhere. The metro and tram are 5 minutes away on foot. You have the opportunity to take a walk on the beach. The neighborhood is safe. It is within walking distance to the Historical Elevator, a popular tourist destination, and Konak.
