Vacation rentals with a fireplace in İzmir

He forwarded everything we may need and need to know beforehand. The atmosphere of the stone house is great, ideal for those who are looking for a calm area and privacy. Generally, it was clean, but especially the sheets and pillows were spotless. The pool and jacuzzi were the same. There were facilities written in the Netherlands. We preferred this place for a hot pool, the size and temperature were ideal, we enjoyed it both day and night. We would like to come back when the weather cools down. We also loved the planning of the houses and gardens, for example, while you lighting your barbecue in the side garden, the pool is not negatively affected by such things as smoke, ash, etc. I think the only negative was the wooden floor of the upper floor and the wooden stairs, it made a lot of noise when walking, but it is a natural situation in this style of architecture. (there is air conditioning, but the loft may be hot in the summer, it's useful to ask) Thanks

My wife and I had a lot of fun staying in our 2 days. Everything in the house was thought out and spotless. Mr. Ali Ozan was a very caring host. It was a home we would want to stay in again and again. It has a very suitable environment, especially for those who are considering remote work. Ms. Nevay has never interrupted her interest and interest in us since the day we first made the reservation. We reached the house comfortably thanks to the flexibility it provides during our check-in and check-out times and the directions it provided us from Izmir, where we departed. It was a great chance for us to stay in the historic Greek house with such a beautiful ambiance at a very affordable price. The cleanliness and hygiene of the supplies were great. Even though we took our vacation in a cold time of Ayvalık, heating conditions and hot water transportation were quite sufficient, we never got cold. We had a great pleasure having our morning coffee in this house with a sweet garden. We recommend everyone to stay in this wonderfully designed house, where you will feel at home, and there is no lack of equipment. In addition, thank you for the warm welcome of Mr. Erkan, who delivered the house to us, for their help in finding a parking spot for our vehicle. We would love to be their guests again 🥰

We stayed in the house for 2 nights, everything to meet the needs of the person has been considered. A house that can be accommodated for a long time. Peaceful, quiet, calm. 3 couples can easily stay. Only the bed in one of the rooms was for 1 and a half people, not a double. We did not have any problems due to our number of people, but future couples can keep it in mind. Other than that, everything was great. Thanks to the host and see you again 😌

The house where we stayed for 1 night was close to the center. We walked to the car in 5-10 minutes. It was difficult to get out because it was destroyed, but it was still a great convenience to be close to the center. An old Greek house offered an authentic environment with renovation. Since the streets were very narrow, we parked our vehicle in the place recommended by the host and walked to the house. Mr. Nurullah also helped me with the food. It was a nice experience. I recommend.

We came with my family, it is close to the center and the transportation was very convenient. Quiet place with a great view. We got away from the stress and crowds of life. The barbecue by the pool was very nice, we enjoyed the clean pool to the fullest. It was very nice to have a bathroom in each room and the cleanliness of the house. The apartment is centrally located or even next to the historical elevator, but parking really turns into an ordeal because there's not even a parking lot around. The house was really clean. The view was nice, but even though the windows were closed, the cold weather made it difficult to sit in the living room. Everything was great except for these issues.

Our brother Uğur greeted us at the first entrance to the house. We are a very understanding and friendly brother. We felt like we came to our family friend's house with very warm and absolutely sharp rules like a host family, we thank him very much. It was a very comfortable place where we went as a family. The location was great, 5 minutes to the sea, the pool was clean, it was very nice, and it helped with all our problems, a very good friendly host, thank you for everything.

It was a pleasure to stay at Cansu's apartment! Her apartment has a magical view on the golf of Izmir, it is on walking distance from restaurants, public transport and places worth visiting! The apartment is beautiful decorated and has all the amenities you might need. Cansu was very welcoming and helped us with advises on everything we needed. We warmly recommend it to anyone wishing to experience the charm of İzmir and its golf, we would definetly be coming back! Thank you Cansu!

The hosts live downstairs, they took good care of us from check-in to checkout. We were able to get a quick response to our questions. The garden is very well maintained and pleasant. We were able to take advantage of all the facilities in the garden. The house is sparkling clean. We stayed 4 people, but it is a large house, even 6 people can stay comfortably. It is a great advantage to have 2 bathrooms. The only negative is the sound of traffic to the front room when the window is open. A house we would want to stay in again if we go to Urla again.

The location and sea view of the house were very satisfying, clean and tidy and had quite enough heating for those who would stay in the winter. The house is heated by natural gas and fireplace, and the fireplace and sea views make this house stand out from other houses. The house is in a decent neighborhood and the shop owners around know the artisan. The residents are not disturbing people, the apartment is generally quiet and peaceful. I recommend it as a Tourist.

Sonia is a great host that welcomed us with respect and patience. We really enjoyed staying in the house and I would personally recommend it to anyone who’s thinking about staying in Çeşme. The beach is so close, just a 10 minute walk. Although big markets were pretty far from the house, there are still some that are just 5-10 minutes away as well. The place is great. It’s clean, quiet with a great host. The only thing that bugged me was the fact that the host refused to provide extra toilet paper and no paper towels.

We had a wonderful stay at Fisun’s place. The house was beautiful, well located, spacious and had everything we needed. Fisun and her family were super friendly, helpful and accommodating. Can definitely recommend staying here. Next time, we can hopefully stay even longer.

Place was very clean and close to the market. 10 minutes walking to Cesme Market. Mücahit was very friendly and Responsive! Everything was great. I’ll recommend this place for your Vacation stay!

The accommodation experience offered by Mr. Şerafettin in Çeşme was really great. The house was very spacious and immaculately clean, every detail was thoughtfully thought out. Everything we saw in the photos was presented in person and we didn't get any surprises. The host supported us in case of any problems or needs, regardless of the time, which allowed us to have a comfortable and peaceful holiday. Even though we were in November, being able to use the pool was also a big plus thanks to the pool heating system. Highly recommend, thank you Mr. Şerafettin!

Everything was very nice in the house where we came with 6 people. Ms. Şehriban and her daughter Ayşin helped with everything, the location is very nice, grocery entertainment venues, buffet, etc. We hope we can do it again next year:)
