Your satisfaction is my priority in the holiday house, where you can access the azure sea within 5 minutes walking distance, where all your needs can be met among the pine trees. There are 2 sun loungers where you will sunbathe in the garden and open shower if desired on the way back from the sea. When you leave the house and walk down 30 meters, you can swim in the sea and it is free. The house is a cute 3-story villa . There is a living room kitchen and toilet downstairs, 3 rooms and 1 bathroom on the 1st floor and the living room where you will feel yourself in the forest on the top floor.

WHEN YOU SIT ON THE SWING, YOU CAN'T GET ENOUGH OF THE SEA AND NATURE VIEW. A DREAM VACATION AWAITS YOU. IT CONSISTS OF BEDROOM, LIVING ROOM, KITCHEN, BATHROOM, WC, BALCONY AND TERRACE. There's plenty of space to reflect, reconnect, & relax in our spacious modern villa overlooking the beautiful Aegean sea. The house is surrounded by a large garden, full of fruit trees & vegetables, chickens & cats. A landscaped terrace with a wood-fired oven & large table is perfect for gatherings at sunset. A short 5 walk minute down the hill brings you to our private beach & neighbouring beach club for a swim at any time of the day. Dikili and Bademli are in close driving proximity.

Our house, located in Hamzabükü, which has the unique nature of Karaburun, has a view of nature and the sea. Hamzabükü Bay is within walking distance. Kumbükü and Gönsüz bays are 5 minutes away by car. Piney House promises a peaceful holiday under pine trees, with a starry view over tangerine and lemon trees. You can read your book or sip your drink on the terrace with the sounds of birds. Sarpıncık Lighthouse, which has the most beautiful sunset in Turkey, is 10 minutes away by car.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking at home; a filter coffee machine, a Turkish coffee maker, an airfryer, a kitchen chef, and basic essentials such as tea, sugar, and salt ready for your first use. Soap, shower gel, and toilet paper; clean sheets and extra towel sets are provided.
