A mini chalet with a magnificent view of the village and the pond, where you can enjoy by the fireplace in winter. 5 minutes to Ulamış village center. A Chalet with a great location 20 minutes from the seaside such as Seferihisar, Sığacık, Akarca, and beach clubs (places such as Sahil Beach, Mali Beach, Akkum Beach).
