loved our stay at the old bakery! cosy, quirky and in a great location! the host had provided milk, eggs and bread which was a lovely touch!! would definitely stay again!

We’re just back from a lovely few days at Courtyard Cottage. Perfect for us, although only small it is well thought out and everything we needed. We were met at the cottage by a very cheerful lady and were shown the cottage. We love Knaresborough as there is so much to do and the train station is a few minutes walk away. The castle and river were on our doorstep and made for beautiful dog walks with cafes and pubs nearby We used the train to visit Harrogate and York. It was glorious. Thank you to Robert and Karen , the hosts for the lovely cottage , which was a lovely cosy place to return in the evening.

This is a beautiful cottage in a fabulous location which is furnished to a high standard. Definitely one I’m happy to recommend and revisit.

Chris’ place is great! Very clean and uncluttered. The spiral stair is very steep! It was a short walk down hill to the town which is beautiful. Very picturesque! The views from the windows of the property are mostly of fields but lovely to see the trees. You can also see the church from the bedroom window. The road to town is very busy and fast, but it is short and when in the property you can’t hear it.
