Lovely cosy house which was clean and tidy. This was our second stay at Homestead and we will be coming back.

Angela’s place was accurately described. The place was clean, tidy and well equipment. Nice touch with the welcome hamper too! Surrounded by fields, it was nice and peaceful. Nice walks on the surrounding area. The hot tub was clean, and it done the job. Nice looking out in the fresh air. Thanks again for this. Just the ticket.

Lovely stay, the farm was beautiful and the animal feeding was the highlight of our childrens’ stay. Pool was great, super clean everywhere, and they provided maps of local walks which we utilised too. Couldn’t have asked for much more.

We loved our stay at Darlington!! The host was so responsive, everything went smoothly. 10/10 the hot tub was a great touch for both adults and kids! Would absolutely stay again!!!

Everything was perfect! The cottage is cosy and had all the amenities needed. It was clean and just a 30min walk in to Whitby. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend.

Myself, 9 others and 1 small dog booked on of Sue's fantastic cottages for a reunion weekend. Sue was very easy to communicate with, gave us the guidebook ahead of time virtually for any queries (we were very interested in the pizza oven and games room) Facilties were excellent, we were lucky that no other cottages on the site (only 3 others) were in use during our stay, so had free roam of the site and facilties. The local recommendations were brilliant. We went to the old black bull down the road for dinner on the first night and then again for roast dinner on Sunday - mega The house itself is just as shown in the photos, more than comfortable to sleep and house 10 of us for the weekend. Special mention to the hottub, (which is private for your house and I believe comes with all houses) and to Paul who was more than helpful coming to our rescue and reviving out pizza night when we experienced some issues with the oven. 10/10 would go again.

A wonderful weekend spent in cosy Sunnyside, a cottage that has been fabulously refurbished, thoughtfully designed and fabulously presented. Everything was spotlessly clean and oozed good quality. Hampsthwaite was perfectly located for exploring the area, and is a quaint, peaceful village with a welcoming pub just up the road (Joiners Arms). Emily, our host, was very accommodating and great to respond to any queries. We would not hesitate to stay again or recommend to others.

Amazing 2 night stay, very spacious and fantastic location. Beds very comfortable and parking was easy to sort out. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay there and would definitely stay again if we are ever in the area. 5 stars.

If you get chance this picturesque cottage just a short walk from Knaresborough centre is well worth the stay. My husband and I enjoyed a cosy evening by the log fire here, The living room is stunning. The cottage is well equipped and spotlessly clean. I would definitely book here again. A perfect cottage just right for exploring lovely Knaresborough. Nikki and Julie were super helpful and friendly. We felt very welcome. The cottage had everything you need for a short break, beds were comfortable and it was a wonderful location for easy walking around the town. Definitely recommended!

The property was spotlessly clean, well equipped with everything we needed, and incredibly comfortable making it a true home away from home. The hosts were responsive and helpful, replying promptly whenever we had a question. The location was ideal, offering easy access to explore the charming town and surrounding areas. We’d highly recommend this retreat to anyone looking for a stay in Knaresborough and would love to return in the future!

Heather cottage is a gorgeous little place, exceeds expectations from the pictures! We had a 5 night stay for our 4th wedding anniversary. Amanda had left us a lovely welcome gift which was really sweet. The cottage is nicely decorated with nods to the Brontes' and the log burning fire was stacked ready to light, which we did on night 2! Many places to eat and drink within a 5 minute walk including artisan/gift shops to indulge yourself, which we did! At the the weekend there was the Haworth Haddock steam train event, with fish&chips served on board, a drinks carriage and live music at Keighley Station which we enjoyed! Theres plenty to see or do in the surrounding area of Bronte villiage. We'll definitely be going back to Heather Cottage! Thanks again Amanda.

The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. Tracy was really good at responding and nothing too much trouble. She had left some bits for us as we were late checking in which we had notified in advance. Great place to be. Thank you.

This was my second stay at James’ place, so hopefully that shows how much I’d recommend it. It’s really well fitted out, with everything you need for a short stay coupled with some luxurious touches. Check-in was easy and communication with the host is always very good. Location is excellent, with cafes, restaurants, etc within walking distance but you’re not too far away from the city centre. Would highly recommend.

The Manor Croft provided an excellent base for our explorations of National Trust and English Heritage properties dotted throughout the area. It is immediately evident that Kate and Stephen put a lot of love and care into the renovation of this beautiful space and we thoroughly enjoyed coming 'home' each evening to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The kitchen was well-appointed and we enjoyed having the extra space to stretch out both in the living room area as well as the outdoor garden. The bed was comfortable and we fell asleep each evening and woke to the gentle sound of birdsong. Kate and Stephen were very responsive when we had questions and we also appreciated the helpful brochures and local recommendations. The Croft is located in Spofforth, a lovely village with the remains of Spofforth Castle. It serves as a terrific central location for exploring much of what North Yorkshire has to offer. We hope to have the opportunity to return in the future.

Really lovely house with great amenities. Bedrooms all beautiful & all with en suites . Ideal for a larger group of friends. Easy , short walk into Harrogate centre with all the restaurants & bars . Would definitely book again if I am planning another visit

We had a lovely few days at Amanda's, it's a beautiful bungalow in a wonderfully peaceful setting! We enjoyed seeing deer, lots of birds, and a very friendly cat! You can tell Amanda is a very experienced host, everything was pristine, and she provided a generous welcome basket. You are a short drive from many places of interest and villages so the location is very good too.

What an amazing place to stay. Cannot speak highly enough of the entire experience. Beautiful home, and a lovely peaceful location, but not too far from main roads for day trips out. Lovely country lanes to walk the dog and not too far to get a park and ride into York for the day. The accommodation was spotless, and so beautiful, and had all the amenities you needed. We loved sitting on the sofa, watching out over the wildlife in the field. We wished we had booked to stay for longer as soon as we walked in! Great communication with the hosts. We really can’t wait to come back. Can’t recommend this stay enough! Thank you!!
