Cornelia ist eine sehr nette und freundliche Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns in ihrer Unterkunft sehr wohlgefühlt, es ist ein einladendes, ordentliches Haus mit schönem Ambiente. Der Kamin lädt dazu ein, den Abend gemütlich davor zu verbringen. Der Check-in und Check-out verliefen reibungslos, und die Anweisungen waren klar und deutlich. Wir können die Unterkunft gerne weiterempfehlen.

Mogę spokojnie polecić pobyt w domu u Birgit i Heinz. Bardzo mili ludzie, oferujący dom w spokojnej okolicy, świetnie wyposażony i przytulny, w atrakcyjnej cenie. Wszystko było zgodne z opisem a zameldowanie bezproblemowe. Jest prywatny parking a stacja metra jest jakieś 8 minut spacerem. W domu, wbrew opisowi, jest ciepła woda :D zdecydowanie mógłbym tam wrócić przy następnej wizycie w Wiedniu!

Uns hat hat der Aufenthalt in dem kleinen Gartendomizil wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Die Unterkunft war sehr gut direkt von der Autobahn erreichbar. Durch den kostenfreien Parkplatz und die Nähe zur U-Bahnstation war es für uns die ideale Unterkunft für unseren Städtetrip. Alles notwendige war vorhanden und wir hatten mit 2 Erwachsenen & 2 Kindern ausreichend Platz.

We had a wonderful Christmas stay at Karen’s property in Jois. The house was cozy, well-prepared, and perfect for our family of five. Karen went above and beyond by setting up a Christmas tree, making our holiday even more special. Communication was seamless, and Karen was always available to assist, whether it was with the washing machine or any other questions we had. The location was peaceful, and everything ran smoothly during our stay. Thank you, Karen, for your warm hospitality. We truly enjoyed our time and highly recommend your property!

Ein wunderbarer Ort für - vor allem für Kurzentschlossene: Super schneller und unkomplizierter Kontakt, eine Stunde nach der Buchung konnte ich einchecken, es wurde alles persönlich erklärt - ich hab noch 2 Decken bekommen 😊 - Die Sauna war an dem kalten Abend das Highlight. Und obwohl ich für das Frühstück eigentlich zu spät war, bekam ich noch einen Espresso. Absolut empfehlenswert und SEHR GERNE WIEDER! Danke!

wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr begeistert, privaten Weinkeller -top, sehr gutes Wein, die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und liebevoll und gaben uns auch gute Tipps für die Radtouren und die Gästekarte war sehr wertschätzend, alle Freibäder rund um den Neusiedler See sind gratis dabei und vieles mehr. Man kann hier viel unternehmen. Der Parkplatz ist vor dem Haus für die Gäste. Sehr zufrieden und empfehlenswert.

Der Aufenthalt bei Christa und Paul hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage mit tollem Garten. Es ist sauber und ausgezeichnet ausgestattet, mit allem, was man als Kleinfamilie so braucht..:) Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel als auch Heurigen sind in Reichweite. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit! I came to Vienna for world championships in kickboxing and Muay Thai. We were a team of 5 people so we needed a house. This location was great and we had everything by we needed in the house. Yet if you are looking for an easy travel even though the train systems in Vienna are super easy you will need a car to stay at this place. Nothing is close especially if you are looking to even go do quick groceries. Yet everything was exactly as stated, along with a sauna which was awesome. Also host is extremely responsive and helpful :)

We hebben een geweldige kerstvakantie gehad. Fijne communicatie. We waren veel vroeger aangekomen. Dat was geen probleem. Alles wat je maar kon bedenken was aanwezig. Fijn ontvangst. Host was altijd beschikbaar voor advies. En uitchecken was ook heel flexibel. In overleg konden wij zelf bepalen hoelaat we wouden gaan. Kortom echt een aanrader.

Der Aufenthalt bei Christa war sehr schön, wir haben uns zu dritt sehr wohl gefühlt.Das Haus war sehr sauber, gemütlich und liegt ruhig . Christa ist sehr flexibel, hilfsbereit, stets erreichbar. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We stayed at Peter and Mariyas for the Taylor swift concert that was sadly cancelled but they made our trip to Vienna so nice!!! Gave us many recommendations and brought us bottles of Prosecco to make up for the cancelled concert! Even brought a AC unit over when it was warmer. They really went above and beyond for us!! We are so appreciative!

This was the second time I have stayed here. The house is big, clean, quiet, and has great public transport connections with the bus, with just a short ride to the U-Bahn / underground railway in Oberlaa. You can walk it to the U-Bahn in only 20 minutes too. You can be in the city centre within half an hour. There are also two lovely Gasthaus / restaurants within 5 minutes walk of the house. I would definitely recommend the house if you want a nice quiet and spacious place to stay, but don't mind travelling several stops on the U-Bahn to the city centre. I will definitely stay here again the next time I am in Wien/ Vienna. Amanda and Helmut are also great to deal with, are very helpful and answer your messages very quickly. Can't wait to go back again!

Ruhiges, gemütliches, kleines Gartenhaus mit einem Klavier, einer Gitarre und einer Oud und insgesamt guter Ausstattung (Spülmaschine, Kochplatte, Fernseher, Wlan usw.)! Strombad Kritzendorf in Fußnähe, Museum gugging über schöne Spazier-/Wanderroute erreichbar. Sehr lieber Gastgeber, der schnell und hilfsbereit antwortet. Bei Anreise beachten, dass es denselben Straßennamen zwei Mal in der Gegend gibt. Also Adresse am besten gleich mit richtiger Postleitzahl im Navi eingeben. :)

We had a lovely stay, the house is very cozy and very clean. The host was very welcoming and kind to us, very understanding, we traveled by car and it was nice because we had an available parking spot in front of the house. Our little dog, Jerry had plenty of space where to run in the garden of the house. The house has all the amenities you need and it is in a very nice and quiet area. We truly recommend!

Wir waren ein Woche da. Es ist ein altes Haus,was auch schon die besten Zeiten hinter sich hat. Alles aber Sachen, die von vorn herein klar komuniziert wurden und uns nicht überrascht haben. Als es aber Heizungsprobleme gab,zeigten sich die Qualitäten des Vermieters, der sofort zur Stelle war und das Problem beseitigte. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in einem großzügigen Haus mit einem großzügigen und tollen Vermieter. Vielen Dank Dir Franz und wenns passt werden wir wieder kommen. Gruß die Günthers

Kati was super kind and had local recommendations. I had a car so being able to park it was a big benefit. The place is also close to transportation which made it very easy you get to all the places in Vienna! I liked that it is a separate building so you don't deal with any noise from neighbors, like you would in an apartment.

Das Haus ist einfach ein Traum! Wir mussten aufgrund eines Wasserschadens in unserem Zuhause innerhalb von Stunden ausziehen und sind in dieser schweren Zeit in einem Wohn-Paradies gelandet. Wir waren 1 Minute nach Ankunft so begeistert, dass wir gleich auf 1 Monat verlängert haben. Die gesamte Unterkunft war blitzblank, geräumig, viel Stauraum, das neue Bad eine kleine Wellnessoase, die Küche ist besser ausgestattet, als meine Zuhause! Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden! Viele Handtücher, Große gemütliche Betten, viele kleine Lichtquellen steigern den Wohlfühlfaktor, Blick ins Grüne, ruhige Lage, aber trotzdem nur wenige Gehminuten zum Bus/U-bahn. Tolle Terrasse!!! Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und immer erreichbar! Leider mussten wir weiterziehen, da das Haus dann schon vermietet war - wir haben uns in dieser schweren Zeit wie Zuhause gefühlt. DANKE! Wir können diese Unterkunft zu 1000% weiterempfehlen! Keinen einzigen Mangel/Fehler erkannt ( und wir reisen sehr viel)

If you are visiting the Vienna region and this holiday home is free honestly do not waste your time looking at any other listings BOOK IT NOW before someone else does! The home really is exceptional. Everything in the home is clean and  decorated / fitted to a high and unique standard with absolutely all you need for a stay and more besides. There's a Washing machine with the drying rack in your own private courtyard. It has a beautiful huge, clean, brand new modern kitchen along with a quirky huge double shower / sink bathroom on the ground floor. With a huge living room and a loft space bedroom off it and also another bedroom. Upstairs 2 huge bedrooms one of which has a stylish bathroom incorporated. The whole house is huge for a holiday home. It's in a beautiful little farm village approximately 1/2 hour north of Vienna. Very easy to get to. I can't begin to explain the unique touches in this home which was obviously created with love. Martina is so helpful and kind and invited us to her horse farm to see the horses. The landscape is beautiful all around. It's excellent for a long stay holiday. Everything really is perfect thank you Martina for your amazing hospitality we can't wait to return and definitely will for much longer. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
