Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Kite Beach

This village is one of the greatest places I've stayed. Secure, private, quiet, and pleasant, extremely clean, with a nice parking area and a very polite host. The workers make you feel at home. Highly recommended!

I had a fantastic stay! The house was exactly as advertised, and Carlos, the property manager, was always available to assist with anything needed to ensure a great experience. The location is also ideal, with restaurants and beautiful beaches just a short distance away.

From the location to the accomodations, Martina's house is spectacular. It comfortably fit our family of 8 and served as the perfect backdrop to a memorable family vacation! We struggled to find the house at first, since we arrived at night in pouring rain and poor visibility, but Apolinar was incredibly responsive and guided us to where we needed to be. So grateful for him! The location is safe and secure, steps away from the beach, and central to kite surfing schools, delicious restaurants, and more. The house is very comfortable and welcoming, WiFi was strong, and kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with thoughtful touches. We felt right at home. We highly recommend booking Martina's place!

Beautiful place surrounded by nature – very peaceful and relaxing. The most stunning beach in the area is just around the corner. Julia is a fantastic host – super helpful and always quick to respond. Highly recommended!

Amazing place, amazing host. The villa is not only beautiful but also very comfortable. It’s only 2mins walk to kite beach and a few mins drive to downtown. Drew has been amazing accommodating the place for my baby (buying a park, high chair, etc.) and has been very responsive during our stay.

We had a fantastic stay! Steve, our host, was incredibly responsive and attentive to all our needs, even helping us with transportation. The Airbnb was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and welcoming. One of the highlights was the beach club restaurant; we loved it so much that we ended up visiting three days in a row. The food was absolutely incredible, and the service was top-notch. The place felt very safe, which was very important to us. The staff who cleaned the house were friendly and took great care of the space. They even made one of the best banana breads I've ever had! Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Great Airbnb close to the beach. Sergio is very easygoing and always responded quickly whenever I reached out. The apartment is a bit older, but having a washing machine and a full kitchen made our stay super convenient. It’s also much quieter at night compared to some other Airbnbs I’ve stayed at in the area. For anyone wondering—especially Americans—Cabarete is very safe. This airbnb is right next to a bank with 24/7 security even though it doesn't seem necessary. I've never once felt uncomfortable in all my times going to cabarete. All in all, Cabarete is an awesome place to visit, and I really enjoyed my stay here.

Carla was quick to respond and super helpful. Her place was in a fantastic location and we all felt super secure because of the 24/7 security and the fact it is a gated community. You can connect with others at the poolside and also the beach is only a few meters away. Plus the supermarket is right next door which makes this location extra convenient. 10/10 and we’ll definitely recommend this place further. Gracias Carla!!!

Bamboo's condo is nicely decorated, bright and airy with large sliding glass windows that lead out to the side balcony and main balcony. The condo has an amazing view of the well kept gardens and ocean. The beautiful beach is just steps away with restaurants down to the right. The area is great for walking with Janet's grocery store as well as restaurants close by. Bamboo as well as the condo staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a great stay!

Once again my wife and I would like to thank Melissa (and BIG THANKS to Sabrina, you're the BEST!!) for the use of her condo. The condo was everything we had wished for and more. Orilla del Mar is a great place to visit the property is gorgeous and the facilities are excellent. ODM's staff are constantly working at keeping the property in pristine shape and are always there to help with any request (big THANKS to Raul). Next, I must say that the other people that are owners or renters at ODM, are some of the best people that I have ever met. Always a good morning or good day and always very open to any questions that we may have had, as to ODM or the surrounding Cabarete area. The local Dominican's are again very friendly and helpful a real bonus to making for a very successful vacation. We will definitely be coming back for another visit.

Perfect location to the beach and restaurants in Cabarete.

Our stay here was absolutely perfect. The place is exactly as pictured, so clean, beautiful, and spacious, with all the amenities we needed. The location is excellent and walkable to shops and restaurants and a gorgeous beach just a two minute walk away. The pool is huge and the whole property is just stunning. We are already planning to come back! Truly a luxurious stay.

Being able to see the sunrise right from the master bedroom was amazing. The views from this place are incredible. Lea was very responsive and provided us with a number of suggestions that made our stay even better. We will definitely visit again.

Our daughters loved Jenni’s place. Beautifully decorated yet casual and comfortable. The views from the balconies were outstanding! Everything was in good working order. And Jenni always responded quickly to any questions we had. The Seawinds property is incredibly beautiful with an outstanding staff that keeps it pristine including the large pool overlooking the ocean. Definitely a 5-Star experience!

Linka was outstanding with communication! And so was the local property manager, Cyril. So friendly and we asked so many questions and they would answer immediately. The beach setting and apartment complex is just as pictured on the site. It is on the quiet edge of Kite beach and we often saw only a few other people walking or swimming at the beach or pool. The grounds were very clean and tidy and the community was small but guarded. That said we were so safe. The water and sand were beautiful and we loved taking long walk in both directions. One way you could walk about 40 minutes and be in Cabarete for little shops and restaurants. The road doesn’t have a good shoulder and the traffic is busy. Lots of motorcycles and cars passing each other and we were so glad to not drive! We hired Alcides, the best taxi driver that Linka recommended and he became a special part of our vacation. We called on him many times for adventures to different places that we wanted to explore. We had a blast!

Amy place is magnificent, as described with great vibes. Look no further if you want the place to stay this is it! I will definitely be back. Everything satisfying on vacation here. I had a great experience staying here. The place was super clean, well-decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. It’s in a quiet neighborhood but close to shops and restaurants. The host was friendly and quick to answer any questions. I’d definitely stay again!

Very well stocked from the kitchen to bath towels to beach towels! We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful condo! We have stayed multiple times in Seawinds, really liked this two bedroom condo. Would definitely stay again.
