Rare gem directly on world famous KiteBeach. Usually fully booked. Only 20 min from airport. The high cathedral ceiling creates a sense of peacefulness.The mezzanine floor has a king bed for a restful sleep. Private balcony with spectacular ocean view to enjoy morning coffee and sunrise. Restaurant on site and several others within a minute walk directly on KiteBeach, all amazing! Several kite schools to choose from. Wifi has been upgraded to fiberoptic and well suited for working in paradise!

Beautiful luxury, gut-renovated, 2BR beachfront condo with a huge balcony for dining, overlooking the garden, pool and Kite Beach! Marble bathrooms, wine cooler, full kitchen, brand new appliances. Exact location: Cabareef. Take a long, relaxed breath and sink into the best location in Cabarete. Quiet, safe, and centrally located, but a 2-minute walk from great bars and restaurants. My great-condition 2019 Mazda SUV available as an extra for less than typical prices.
