Villa vacation rentals in Kite Beach

At the last minute Rafelina opened her place to me and 3 other guests. They prior place we choose was far below our expectations in cleanliness, organization, and overall preparedness. I booked with Rafelina around 6pm and was set up and in our rental before 7pm. Thank you Rafelina and Staff!

if we can get the fresh water for the pool , it will make perfect. Also from the villa gate to the house is like 15 min walk and we no rental bike allowed. we either need to call taxi (500 pesos) or walk.

I have to start with saying that Ricardo's level of service is unmatched. His communication was thorough and very accommodating from the time we booked throughout the duration of our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and only a short walk to restaurants and bars in the area. The house was beautiful from top to bottom, and I especially appreciated the decorative towels that had the villa's logo on them as well as the large logo over the gazebo in the backyard. Small details like this make you feel as if you're in 5-star resort that you have all to yourself. The housekeeper Emma was amazing, as well as the driver Joshua that we were set up with. Another thing I was impressed with was how strong the wifi was throughout such a large house, including the outside areas. That is a rare thing as I have learned from previous trips to the Dominican Republic, and it is just another reason why I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in this area. I definitely will be back

The villa is beautiful and conveniently located between Sosua and Cabarete both of which are easily reachable with car or Uber/Taxi. The villa has a lot of modern appliances which make living there a breeze. Check-in and check-out went smoothly and Christina was very helpful and always responsive. This is the only place that I will stay when visiting the area. Jason was awesome and responsive at all times. He was proactive with all the instructions and what to expect. The place was very clean with white linens. WiFi was awesome, A/C in all bedrooms and main area. Very secure community and home. The pool was really clean and well maintained. The kitchen is equipped with everything that you need, washer/dryer, filtered water available, etc. He also offers cleaning services and other conveniences. They also have a nice bbq area by the pool equipped with gas grill if you want to bbq. Very close the bustling downtown area while also quiet and nice private. Check in and check out was awesome and Jason was flexible for us as we had an early flight arriving and late flight departing. If you’re visiting the area, look no further!

The house was in a location that was close enough to town but far enough so you felt peace and quite . The landscaping was beautiful and outside seating was comfy. Andy was very polite and easy to talk with, even though my Spanish is very limlted . I can tell the owner and caretaker are wanting to please and make sure you are happy . When we come back to that area we will not look for any other place to stay as we don't believe it would possible to find at nicer place at that fair price.

What an absolutely stunning location! The views were amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Hosts were extremely prompt with replies and sorting any challenges we had - the electricity and water went, which can be expected in the DR, but both hosts and Leo who looks after the property fixed things immediately. I will give some feedback privately, but there’s nothing to share that wouldn’t be a quick improvement/that would take away from it being a 5* stay. We stayed 2 weeks and were offered a complimentary clean, towels and beddings changed, half way through the stay. I don’t usually go back to the same place, but would definitely consider it at this amazing property with wonderful hosts. Thanks to everyone :)

The villa was ready as advertised: 3pm. We got there about 4 hours too early, but we went to the pool and then took a carrito to the beach where we got a presidente and looked for shells. The entire villa was exactly as pictured. Very clean and had all the necessities with a few extras! Anything that arose was quickly handled by Edilio or the staff at Green One. Everyone was welcoming and incredibly helpful. Edilio’s recommendation for La Catalina was perfect. We spent most of our time out exploring downtown Puerto Plata, Cabarete, Sousa and Playa dorado. On The few occasions we spent time at the Green One beach, again the staff were amazing. Pointing out wildlife to my daughter as they drove us down to the beach. Amazing experience and would definitely visit again.

This house is new and spotless and very nicely decorated! The best equipped airbnb kitchen I have stayed in. And having a bathroom in each bedroom + an extra downstairs makes it perfect if you travel as a family or two couples. The host is phenomenal - very friendly, responsive and helpful. We had a great time in the backyard with the pool and it’s a short walk to the beach. It’s in a safe and secure community and very peaceful and quiet at night. Thank you for a great stay!

Absolute Paradise in Cabarete – A Perfect Blend of Luxury & Relaxation! What an incredible beach house! We traveled with two other couples for a mix of relaxation and kite surfing, and this home exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the thoughtful design—every detail was intentional, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. We spent most of our time on the sprawling back patio soaking in the constant ocean breeze (we barely used the A/c). The open layout was perfect for group hangs, whether we were enjoying morning coffee or evening cocktails under the stars. The location was ideal—close enough to Cabarete’s downtown (just an 8-minute drive) but peacefully away from the hustle. We loved walking to nearby spots and barely used our car. And of course, the kite surfing access was a huge plus! Our host was fantastic—responsive, helpful, and made everything effortless. We’re already dreaming of our next stay. I

Hands down the best airbnb i stayed at! Everything was super nice and clean exactly like the pictures, will definitely book again! Its well located, close to the city and the beach and a lot of things to do nearby! The host was really easy to reach too and super helpful!

The villa was nice. Our A/c wasn’t working the first night and maintenance staff was very proactive to help despite it being a holiday. The team was very friendly and responsive. Overall the villa is perfect for large groups. The pool was clean and the space itself was beautiful. I would definitely come back!
