Condo vacation rentals in Kite Beach

Karen’s place was absolutely lovely! The beach was a 2 min walk and she allowed usage of her amazing beach chairs! The other available beaches nearby were lovely, there was a wonderful supermarket a short drive away and Karen’s instructions were clear and she was kind and responsive. It was just what we were looking for for a quick getaway. Would definitely go back.

This place was beyond expectations, here are the Pros and Cons: Pros: you have Ocean Views from the balcony, so the home is on the higher side of the island and that’s how you get breathtaking views of the ocean but not ocean Front. The home is less than 5 minutes drive to the beach which is literally down the street, but we took the car because the kids would be exhausted after surfing. Very safe home and a guard at the gate from 4 pm until the morning, so we would go to sleep knowing all is well. Even though we felt safe from the start due the vibe and warmth of the people who live there 😎 People that live in that condo building or the host which lives close by are just so lucky, this was the most calming experience and eco friendly place I have ever been to! And I have to mention the very pleasant locals and lots lots of international people that made this area their forever home. I will for sure be back with our family, we all fell in love! This place just felt right. It’s a short barefoot walk to the beach, and there’s this easy rhythm to life here: sun, salt, sleep, repeat. The apartment was clean, the bed was surprisingly comfy, and the Wi-Fi held up for quick check-ins with work. I spent my evenings unwinding with a book and a cold drink, listening to the waves. The host was very accommodating, responsive, kind, and genuinely welcoming. If you’re craving a simple reset somewhere calm, warm, and real, this is that place.

Excellent place, everything you need, comfortable bed and excellent if you come with a child because next to it is a playground and pool.

I cannot thank Babette and Chepe enough for having me to stay at the studio. They went above and beyond in SO many ways. It was honestly the absolute best experience I've had staying anywhere. They are the ultimate hosts! I had a health emergency while I was there, and Babette was so unbelievably kind and generous with her time - both helping me but also checking in afterwards. I can't thank her enough for this - especially as I was on my own. The studio itself is absolutely gorgeous (I had to force myself to leave and explore!). They really have thought of absolutely everything, and the attention to detail is amazing. The beds are so comfortable, and it is just a wonderful place to spend time. The walk to various beaches and shops is so easy and enjoyable. The surf boards from Chepe are fantastic and it's such a lovely group to visit on the beach too! Cannot thank them enough and would recommend this to anyone! I wouldn't stay anywhere else and can't wait to return!

This AirBNB provided a delightful stay during my vacation to the DR. Everything in the unit looked nice and clean upon my arrival. And everything in the unit appeared just as the pictures portrayed it to be. The balcony area was extremely nice and the pool area was very nice as well. Marleny was nice and very accommodating. I arrived about an hour and a half prior to my check-in time and she allowed me to check-in early and on my last day she allowed me a late check out of 2.5 hours that helped me align much better with my departure flight. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone traveling to the area, it is definitely worth its listed price.

I loved Hilarys place, so oraceful and private, just what I was looking for. gorgeous front view..of the ocean. nice surroundings, beautiful foliage. Hilary is such a responsive helpful host. would definitely stay again!!!

The Airbnb was in a great location. The owner communicated well and supported all my needs. The best part was the convenience of the nearby restaurant, pools, and 24-hour security. I highly recommend it—10/10.

We absolutely loved this condo! It was even nicer and more spacious than we were anticipating, and felt so homey. Lindsay also made us feel extremely comfortable staying here, always answering in a very quick, helpful, and friendly manor whenever I had to message her about something! The location was so perfect, very close to all necessities, beautiful locations, and amazing food - which Lindsay also shared great recommendations with me for! We loved this airbnb and its location and are honestly envious we don't own a home there ourselves! I would love to return someday that I get the chance to. Thank you so much for the incredible hospitality enabling our amazing experience in Cabarete!

super comfortable apartment with direct beach access. very quiet place to rest by the pool. The apartment has everything for cooking and the bed is super comfortable. five minutes from the supermarket and downtown Cabarete.

Wonderful spot, very well located, extremely easy check-in/check-out process. This is my second time reserving this apartment, and Jose has been incredibly accommodating to last-minute changes requested due to a family emergency. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Will be back!

I loved the place, everything was very clean and beautiful, the accommodations were in good condition, the pool was very nice, and the beach was a bit rough for swimming, but it’s a wonderful place to relax and spend time with family.
