Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Kite Beach

We've stayed at this complex several times before so we knew what to expect, but first time to this unit. Thought we'd treat ourselves getting the front ocean front unit and we were not disappointed! Super clean, well equipped, wifi was reliable, mini splits in the bedrooms were great and kept us cool at night - we had the doors open all day making the most of that Cabarete breeze. Beds were comfy, towels were clean and soft, kitchen had everything we needed, freezer froze ice trays super fast - it was perfect! And the staff at the complex areaways super nice, some recognized us from previous visits which is always nice :-) We'll be back!

Francisco was the absolute best host. He was incredibly accommodating with any questions or requests we had but just went above and beyond with recommendations and coordinating things in Sosua. We had the best time. The space was perfect for our family of 3, it was spacious and comfortable. The pool and private jacuzzi were a huge plus. Highly recommend!

Place is exactly as described in a quiet and safe location . Got entertainment , Smart Tv, PlayStation , Netflix. Would def recommend for a single or couple stay .

This place is amazing with all the items you may need. I appreciate the fact there were plenty of towels and toilet paper lol. I said this because most places only supply 1 roll of paper. The only thing we had to purchase was food and there were more than enough dishes and pots and pans to cook whatever we wanted

Loved it! I had a very relaxing week at this apartment. I have been inCabarete several times and Sea Winds is my favorite place to stay. You have it all, Luxury, comfort, privacy, relaxation and the view. Is the best place to stay, seriously. If you are kite surfing you could pump your kite on the grass and launch from there, if you are taking lessons or renting equipment you have the option to a very pleasant walk 10 minutes on the beach either right to cabarete bay or left to kite beach to find the schools restaurants and night life. No need for a car, walk on the beach or a moto taxis for 100pesos take you to town in 3 minutes. New supermarket Janet is 10 minutes walk on the beach and get to main road from there where you can get supplies. This particular apartment is beautiful with 2 balconies to relax while looking at the scenery, nice kitchen with all you need for cooking, laundry, very comfortable beds, great Air conditioning and fans. Hot water in shower…it was just perfect!

From the beginning Donny and David were excellent communicators. Their place is beautiful. The location and the view are magical. If you’re lucky enough to stay at their condo you will know what I mean.

Beautiful place! Being so close to the ocean was amazing and the space is large and airy and very peaceful. I enjoyed swimming laps in the pool each day. Being able to order food and groceries was a huge bonus. The deck couch is extremely comfortable and a wonderful place to unwind and relax. Communication and help from the hosts was top notch. Thanks for a great getaway!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe, which immediately put us at ease. The hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating, always quick to answer our questions. The beach itself was immaculate—each morning, a truck came by to clear the seaweed, leaving the shoreline pristine. One of our favorite parts was the balcony: the view was spectacular, and drifting off to the sound of the waves made for a truly restful night. Waking up to the sunrise was equally wonderful. The space was large and well equipped with everything we needed. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with plenty of privacy in a safe and peaceful area, we can’t recommend this place enough!

Amazing place, amazing host. The villa is not only beautiful but also very comfortable. It’s only 2mins walk to kite beach and a few mins drive to downtown. Drew has been amazing accommodating the place for my baby (buying a park, high chair, etc.) and has been very responsive during our stay.

Great place very modern and nice..pool area was exceptional

The villa was beautiful and brand new. It was comfortable, quiet, and just a described. I would suggest that guests rent a car because the villa is in a private community that only has one restaurant nor are there any stores nearby. Most things you'll want to do/ the better beaches are about 10 minutes away by car/taxi. We still had a great time, and Amarai was very responsive to messages. Would stay again!

What a great place to start our family vacation in Sosúa. Robert and Kat were so easy to communicate with, and aside from the slightest hiccup upon arrival (a very minor miscommunication with the security gate, which was very quickly addressed and fixed by Kat), it was truly a perfect stay. I only wish we could have stayed longer! Super easy to get to the beach, close to grocery stores, a great restaurant within SOV, and a few playground and water park options that the kids loved…something for everyone! The villa is in a newer section of SOV that is still in development, so some construction is happening on the periphery, though it wasn’t loud or disruptive to our peace in any way. All in all it was a super comfortable home base for so many DR experiences, would absolutely stay there again.

I had a great experience staying here. The place was super clean, well-decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. It’s in a quiet neighborhood but close to shops and restaurants. The host was friendly and quick to answer any questions. I’d definitely stay again!

I loved the place, everything was very clean and beautiful, the accommodations were in good condition, the pool was very nice, and the beach was a bit rough for swimming, but it’s a wonderful place to relax and spend time with family.

Rosa’s beach apartment was absolutely beautiful down to the decorations down to feeling right at home access to a pool and a private beach my family and I had a wonderful time at Rosa’s apartment. I would definitely recommend and would love to come back. Rosa was very nice and polite and very responsive and attentive gave us recommendations to restaurants and things to do around her Airbnb. A beautiful bright, well appointed apartment with an open view on a spectacular property. Convenient location close to town with all main points of interests close by, especially anything water sports related of course! The hosts both Paz and Ana were incredibly responsive, trustworthy and friendly. We look forward to going back again soon!
