The appartment is located on the first floor of a well-maintained two parties house and impresses with its spacious layout and pleasant living atmosphere, including a private and sunny balcony and a fully equiped kitchen. The quiet, traffic-calmed location ensures a peaceful and relaxing stay. Free parking slots are available on the street. We (and our dog) are living on the ground floor and, thus, are available in case of questions.

The vacation apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is accessible via a staircase. It has a living/sleeping area with a pull-out couch and a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and a full kitchen with a dining area. There is a fenced dog area on the property for weekly dog training.

The property is spacious, green and in a quiet location, with very good connections to the transport network and the A6 highway. The region is known for numerous hiking trails in the Jagst Valley, which you can reach in a few minutes on foot. The town of Kirchberg offers a beautiful old town and a lively castle.

There is a bicycle parking space and numerous hiking opportunities directly from the apartment.
