Had a very lovely stay !! Just what we were after :) clean, comfortable and everything we needed for our stay. 5 star rating !

We had an excellent week spent at Bowden Wood, it had everything we needed and we left feeling very relaxed. Great location, close to Dartmouth and Blackpool sands. A beautiful home with everything you could need, we would love to visit again in the future.

A wonderful stay in a truly beautiful spot. Everything we needed and more provided at the cottage. It exceeded our expectations. We had wonderful weather to enjoy the stunning surrounding area on foot, up the river to Greenway, over the river to Dartmouth and coast path, round the coast path from Kingswear to Coleton Fishacre. watching seals at Mews rock, Brixham and the Guillemot colony at Berry Head. A magical stay topped off with great local eateries and stunning views from the terrace at the back of the cottage. On the must return list! Thank you!

Everything was fabulous. The location and views are amazing. Kingswear and Dartmouth are a jewel and do not disappoint. The property is spot on and provides everything one needs for a fantastic stay. Being able to watch the boats and especially the steam train from the property is a wonderful treat. Don't hesitate, just book your stay here!

Louise was so kind and generous in everything she presented. From her proactive and genuine communication to a really early check in to goodies provided on our arrival. Nothing was too much trouble which meant a one night stay felt more than that. The cottage is beautifully situated to explore everything Dartmouth has to offer. It’s a gorgeous place and we wished we’d had longer to explore.

Sarah’s house is beautifully decorated, with everything one could possibly need. It’s always a treat to find things like milk in the fridge, olive oil and kitchen roll… amongst all the other useful amenities. The bed linen is so soft, offering a feeling of luxury and there were plenty of fluffy towels. Kingswear is quieter than Dartmouth, which we appreciated, but there are still a couple of pubs to enjoy, and getting over to Dartmouth is very easy. We bought a collection of delicious food from Petite Pantry in Kingswear, on the walk down to the car ferry. The highlight of our stay was walking along the SW coast path to Coleton Fishacre, the views on the way are jaw dropping, and this National Trust property is most certainly worth a visit. Thank you Sarah for being a wonderful host - our two night stay was greatly appreciated by us all and who couldn’t feel relaxed looking out onto those views… simply magical.

Beautiful house & fabulous location. 3 generations of us (16-85) & good for us all. Very homely house with everything you need. Enjoyed the views from the bedrooms and window seat. We loved the activities of the ferries and the bustle. There is some noise from early morning til late evening from the ferry ramp against the dock, but we didn’t mind this at all. 2 great pubs in Kingswear for food & lots of places to eat in Dartmouth. Lots to see & do locally. The parking was £77.55 for the week in the marina car park. Lots of spaces. Didn’t drive all week. So lovely to relax here & we hope to come back again. Highly recommended!

Such a great place to stay. It is spotless and Jaquine has thought of everything that you might need from a bottle of fizz to salt and pepper etc. Such a short walk to the beach and famous fish and chips. The scenery is stunning and the location is quiet and relaxing. Fantastic to visit many places of interest nearby.

This has to be the best ever beachfront apartment we have stayed in. Spectacular views, spacious balcony, superbly equipped and everything worked without any hassle. The Leisure Club is an added bonus for me - brilliant pool, fitness equipment and the jacuzzi plus the outdoor terrace and restaurant with great meals, especially the (takeaway available too) fish and chips. The purpose of this trip was a holiday for my 94 year old Mother - above all the apartment was very safe/secure, accessible, the few steps to the 1st floor are manageable and the lift means getting into the apartment is easy. Totally recommend this apartment!

Myself, my husband and our little boy stayed last week and what can we say. We were blown away! Kate and Kieron are amazing! The apartment was beautiful, so well kept, clean and tidy. There was an information pack when we arrived with bits to do, housekeeping bits, even takeaway places! There was a welcome basket for us with fresh fruit, crisps, cookies and a lovely card. Kate had even went above and beyond and left a card, beer and chocolate for my husband for his birthday! The communication throughout the trip was amazing, we felt so welcome. We felt very safe staying there which was a big one for us having a little boy. Kate had made sure that she had put a basket of toys in the apartment for our little boy too. We could not have asked for a better host. The directions of how to get there and how to check in were brilliant! If you are looking for somewhere in Torquay I would highly recommend here, don’t go anywhere else!! We will definitely be back!!

We had a lovely stay, the flat was clean and comfortable with all the amenities that we could require during our short stay. Amy was a lovely host, communicating quickly via Airbnb and left a good selection of info about the flat and surrounding area. There was adequate parking for the car and we were able to park up for a couple of days and enjoy what Totness had to offer. The town centre was a walkable distance, though up hill on the return. We found good cafes and take-aways for eating and lovely shops for browsing in. We enjoyed trips to both the Castle and the Steam Railway. We hope to stay again in the future.

Staying at Andrew & Sara’s place was so wonderful - it looked exactly like the photos and made for a fantastic long weekend at the Pirate Festival! The flat was absolutely spotless and contained really thorough instructions for everything - most towels and utensils etc. were provided, but we did need to buy bathroom supplies, baking paper and clingfilm, which we’d forgotten to bring with us. The area itself feels so safe and the flat has an incredible view, but is up lots of steps, so do be prepared for that! It was completely worth it, though: I could have sat at the living room window and watched the harbour for hours, it was a very special place to be. A beautiful, well looked after home that I highly recommend - I very much hope to be able to stay there again in the future!

Rockpool is a wonderful place to stay! Kay is a friendly, helpful and generous host. We appreciated the lovely treats left in the fridge for us. The location is peaceful and quiet and the accommodation is comfortable, very clean and well equipped.

Great location and beautiful flat. We took our 1 year old with us and it was perfectly suited to him toddling around too. Very clean and modern interior. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful property, modern and looks exactly as the pictures. Location was perfect for my stay, walkable into both Paignton and Torquay. Becky is really friendly and was super helpful and responsive to messages. Highly recommend

We loved our stay at Moira's place - beautiful location and super close to Brixham centre. The house has everything you need, the kitchen in particular is well equipped. We enjoyed our breakfast, lunch and dinners outside. Would definitely like to come and visit again!

Probably one of the best Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in. Set in a beautiful location and exactly as photos portray it. Great attention has been paid to making it as comfortable as possible. Hosts were very welcoming and welcome pack was much appreciated. We would thoroughly recommend and hope to return.

Nice little apartment in a perfect location. Short walk to a beautiful harbour with plenty of bars/restaurants. Apartment itself was clean and tidy, with nice seating area in the courtyard

Lovely weekend stay at The Snug. Everything we needed was provided, felt like home from home. Great location, 10 mins gentle walk to the harbour. Parking not a problem. Bed super comfy. Kitchen well equipped. Quick communication from Mia when had a couple of questions, would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

We had a wonderful week staying at The Courtyard, beautifully furnished and extremely well equipped. Very comfortable upstairs lounge with two balconies to make the most of the views. Plus a lovely courtyard filled with gorgeous greenery making it feel very tropical (and lots inside too). The bed is probably the most comfortable we have slept in! Stoke Fleming is a lovely village with access to the SW coastal path in both directions – the walk to Dartmouth is a must (and get the bus back!) Lots of places to visit in the surrounding area too. Jill’s communication is excellent and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the Courtyard 😊we most certainly hope to return!

A beautiful apartment just a short walk away from the centre of Torquay. Dean was very helpful. I would happily stay here again.

A beautiful ground floor apartment in a great location for the sea and local amenities. Everything was presented beautifully and everything you could need was supplied.
