Sit & relax on the terrace & watch the comings & goings on the River Dart (boats in the marina, Paddle Steamer, passenger ferries & steam train). A few minutes walk to the ferries for the short hop over to Dartmouth. Perfect for the coastal path. Street parking a few minutes walk away or paid parking in the marina opposite. Converted from an ancient barn, The Milking Parlour is part of Little Wadstray farm. Very peaceful and surrounded by rural views it is ten minutes from the beautiful beaches of the South Hams, close to the picturesque towns of Dartmouth, Totnes and Kingsbridge and an hour away from Dartmoor. A great spot from which to explore the beauties of South Devon. It has a fully fitted kitchen, a log burner, wifi and all creature comforts and has been finished in an 'industrial/French farmhouse' style.

The Royal Dart Yacht Club Cottage

Set on the edge of the beautiful River Dart, the RDYC Cottage provides a comfortable and picturesque place to stay within easy reach of Dartmouth. An added advantage to staying in this cottage is the exclusive temporary membership of the Royal Dart Yacht Club which enables you to enjoy a sundowner on the wonderful water front terrace in the evening sunshine and perhaps even an evening meal when you don’t feel like cooking for yourself from the superb in house Club chef.
