Lovely two bedroom apartment with stunning panoramic views looking across the Darthaven marina and River Dart to Dartmouth and the Britannia Royal Naval College. Watch the boats and steam trains from the juliette balcony or take the five minute ferry across to Dartmouth. Kingswear is a charming character village with some of the most beautiful views across the River Dart. It has shops, pubs, a post office and is a great location being centrally located to explore the whole of South Devon.

Quay Cottage, Kingswear, Devon. Views to die for!

Quay Cottage offers panoramic views of the steam railway, marina, river Dart and Naval College from every window. It sits on a quiet back street and is one of the few houses in the village without steps. Warm and cozy, it is the ideal retreat. Kingswear is home to some lovely old Pubs and is a short ferry/bus ride ride from shops, theatres, art galleries, museums, National Trust Houses, cafes, Pubs and restaurants. Sadly we cannot accommodate pets/children and there is no private parking.

North Barn on the banks of the River Dart

North Barn is an 18th century stone building, bursting with character, set on the banks of the River Dart. Originally a corn collection point, North Barn has been renovated to a beautiful, romantic ‘one-room-living’ self-catering space. The atmosphere is fresh and light, with skylights that make even the dullest of days seem bright. The patio doors open up on to a large deck area overlooking the river from an elevated height thus giving you great views across the River Dart.

Plenty to keep you entertained with Agatha Christie’s home, fantastic Restaurants in Dartmouth, famous Brixham fishing Port to even sitting on the Decking and watching the train and boats go by.

The Old Newsagent, Dartmouth, Devon

The Old Newsagent is a modern, self-contained, ground floor holiday apartment in Dartmouth, overlooking Bayard’s Cove and the River Dart. Recently restored by the owners who live above. It has one double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and bath, a spacious lounge and dining area and a kitchen for preparing breakfast and light meals. Close to bars, cafes and shops, the Old Newsagent is perfect for short breaks and overnight stays.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. The Boat house is a luxurious relaxing space, with Veiws to die for. Please note the hot tub is not available with this accommodation. Where it has been reviewed Guests have used it as it was available and at my discretion. Sorry for any disappointment . By all means ask the question . Especially mid week and out of season bookings.
