We’ve only ever visited Brixham for day trips and always wanted to stay longer and explore. This property is a perfect base for that. Located 5 mins walking from the harbour and many restaurants, coffee shops and pubs, but away from the crowds. Peaceful and private. The streets are narrow but with Liz’s instructions it was easy to find the place to drop off our bags and then park up in one of the long stay parking places. We settled in quickly and felt right at home. The apartment is exactly as described and in the photos provided. Liz was a very helpful and responsive host. Gave us lots of great recommendations for places to eat, walks to take and things to do. Thoroughly enjoyable stay. Thank you Liz!

Justine was extremely helpful before and during our stay. The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped , slightly away from the bustle of town but easy walking distance to everything Dartmouth h has to offer. Exactly as described.

Very enjoyable break. Location was great for the town centre and all the shops and pubs etc. Caught the train to Exeter and visited the beautiful Cathedral. Lovely walks along the sea front also. Didn't need to use the Car.

Lovely place, no issues. The only thing is the outdoor heated swimming pool is not open to apartment guests - we got confused as it was shown in the photos (only indoor pool and the tennis court for a small fee). The apartment and surrounding area was amazing- 5 stars all the way.

Great place right at the heart of Paignton, walking distance from everything you may need. Spotless newly refurbished apartment, that despite relatively small footprint is very functional and has everything you may need. Views are hard to beat. Tina was wonderfully responsive and accommodating. Already booked for next year!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our five-night stay at Dawn's beautiful apartment. Everything you need is provided, and everything is spotlessly clean and impressively well presented. And there is private, off-street parking on the enormous driveway immediately outside the apartment. Dawn clearly goes the extra mile to ensure that her guests have the best experience possible, and we felt really privileged to be able to enjoy what is probably the nicest and best presented accommodation we have ever stayed in. The coastal paths that run close by provide some of the most beautiful walks and sea views. We covered 10 miles on our first day, and had some great times exploring the coastline and discovering some beautiful coves where we were able to swim in almost complete privacy at this time of year (June), thanks also to the wonderful weather which was good to us during our stay. Whether you like walking, or exploring the sights by car, I would highly recommend Dawn's apartment as a base.

Great spot to stay in Dartmouth - close to lots of restaurants, shops and ferry. Is up a hill so walking back takes a bit longer if you don’t mind that. Breath taking views across the dart was a perfect stay for our holiday. Thank you!

Great position of Airbnb overlooking the water. Lots to see whilst relaxing on the balcony. Binoculars were a great extra! Apartment itself was very nice , fully fitted out kitchen, lovely bathroom, comfy lounge area. Made for a relaxing break. Exmouth was excellent . Beautiful beaches, promenade and gardens. Town centre was nice to wander around too - with lots of places to eat/drink. We really enjoyed our short break in Exmouth and will definitely be back.

Pebbles is a lovely apartment in the beautiful village of Stoke Fleming. It is nicely laid out and has the added benefit of an outside terrace which is lovely to relax in. Stoke Fleming has a small local shop which is very well stocked with essentials and a post office, there is a really good pub (The Green Dragon) which is super friendly and has good food especially the pizza on a Saturday night, booking in advance is advised. The Italian opposite Pebble serves good pasta. Dartmouth is only a short drive away for a larger supermarket and lots of shops and restaurants. If you love walking the coastal path Pebbles is in a fab location, you can easily join the path from there and go towards Dartmouth or Slapton Sands in the opposite’s direction. Andrew is a great, host very responsive to messages and helpful. We will definitely be booking again.

Stay Salty was excelent, central location and very close to a car park. Dog friendly and a beach just round the corner within easy walking distance. a couple of 100 yds. As bad weather was expected on one day Matt offered to supply extra dog towels if needed, totally unexpected but shows the level of service. Teignmouth was good and within easy reach of larger town if the need was there. Would recommend it to anyone who fancied the area along the glourous South Devon Coast.

Beautiful apartment in an amazing location, right in the centre of Dartmouth, 2 minute walk to Bayards Cove. Very clean and complete with all the furnishings and gadgets. Wi-Fi worked well. Bed very comfy and came with a travel cot which we used for our baby boy. All the instructions from Daniel and Julie were very clear and helpful. Highly recommended, we'd definitely stay again. Thank you so much!

Adrian's place is cosy and peaceful. There's a lovely spot out the back in the garden for breakfast/ cuppa. Adrian was easy to contact and quick to respond to any queries re. the booking. A lovely place to stay to explore Dartington and the surrounding area.

The whole stay was stress free including taking a 10month old puppy with us. Access to Dartmoor almost immediate which is what we wanted. Going anywhere was within easy reach, friendly, clean well fitted out came and went as we pleased. Whole experience enjoyable, will go again before too long.

A lovely self contained place to stay in Salcombe with off street parking, all as shown on the listing. Chris was attentive, super helpful with info and only a message away at any point.

What a beautiful, stylish, beach-side appartment, with amazing views of the sea. We had a wonderful stay! The beds, furnishings, and all facilities are of excellent quality, making this a great place for a holiday. Annie is a wonderful Holiday Host, always so responsive and helpful, and even kind enough to reply straight away to a message we sent out of hours. Thanks Annie. We were welcomed with a lovely Devon cream tea hamper from Pebbles, who also ensured that the apartment, equipment etc, and bed-linens were pristine, and provided an iron within minutes. Thanks Pebbles. Great to have a dedicated parking spot right outside (Drivers: steep, windy road to South Sands makes the drive scenic but 'interesting'!) The apartment was fine for us for accessibility (wheelchair), having a lift right to the front door, and wide doors throughout. Recommend - Harbour Beach Spa (relaxing), Bo's cafe (beach vibe), Fortescue (friendly), SouthSands (dining), Coastal walks - and Devon beaches!

We really enjoyed our stay at Thurlstone. The apartment was ideally located on the beach making it easy for easy beach fun for the kids. They went rockpooling, swimming and made sandcastles every day. We enjoyed the views of the sunset while having dinner and drinks on the balcony. The flat was bright and spacious. We felt safe and had a comfortable stay with everything that a family of five would need. Our host was responsive, accommodating and friendly. We would stay again in a heartbeat :)

Absolutely lovely place, had everything we needed and close to the park amenities. Caroline and Louise responded to my messages right away and were really helpful with check in/out. My son loved the balcony and the pool and we were in a perfect place for the air show! Can't wait to come back 😊.

Nicki’s apartment at Bigbury on Sea is just great. Well equipped, amazing views and in a beautiful part of Devon. Use of the indoor pool is amazing for kids, especially when the weather is a bit mixed! Nicki gave lots of info and recommendations which were super helpful. I hope to be back at Bigbury soon!

This is the second year we’ve stayed here and we can’t wait to visit again. The apartment is a perfect visiting the surrounding towns and beaches. South Milton beach is literally on your doorstep with great access to the south west coastal path. The outdoor heated pool was lovely for days when the sea was just a little bit too cold and the balconies were ideal for the amazing sunsets.

What a gem of a place! So glad we found this. Beautiful two storey apartment, spotlessly clean, very comfortable, large rooms with lovely high ceilings, had everything we needed and more. Beautiful sea views, ample free parking, friendly staff in apartment reception and hotel. Couldnt ask for me, would definitely stay again and highly recommend .

The cottage and location were just perfect for us with a great mixture of peaceful countryside surroundings, pool, games room and easy access to multiple beaches for seaside adventures with our primary aged kids. Judy was very responsive to any questions we had prior to our stay. The cottage is well equipped, comfortable and clean with underfloor heating in the bathroom a bonus!

An amazing place to stay in a perfect location. The flat was in immaculate condition and the parking space is worth its weight in gold. If you don’t fancy cooking you are next to two good hotel restaurants. Salcombe town is only a thirty minute walk or take it easy on the ferry straight into town. I highly recommend staying here.
