Dartmouth views from both main rooms and only a few minutes walk from the ferry and village shop. Our favourite pub in Kingswear is just 2 minutes walk up the road and serves great food, local beers and always has a lovely atmosphere. Known as the 'sunny side', Kingswear is only a short hop across the river from Dartmouth enjoying the last of the evening sun

Deanburn Barn is a cosy, straw bale barn which sits nestled at the end of a private drive on the edge of the beautiful Dartmoor National Park. It provides a unique, rural retreat for walkers, cyclists and nature lovers wishing to get away from it all.
