In the cozy living room there is a large sofa and 2 armchairs. In winter you can enjoy your vacation here by the fireplace. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail. The beach is right at your doorstep and from the balcony you have a fantastic sea views and watch unforgettable sunsets. In the basement of the house there is a large gym with a variety of equipment, as well as our sauna. You can book your parking space directly for a fee. Please indicate this request when booking. We recommend renting a beach chair before arrival, at Strandland Laboe, as only certain areas are provided for this by the municipality of Laboe. The Baltic Sea resort Laboe is located on the sunny side of the Kiel Fjord in the northernmost German state of Schleswig-Holstein. The state capital of Kiel is about 20 minutes away by car. The landscape of the Probstei with fields, forests, meadows and lakes also invites you to hike, cycle and jog. On the doorstep, so to speak, is the sailing mecca par excellence. There is a great climate here all year round. More and more guests are also using the time outside the summer season to recharge their batteries. The mild stimulating climate with the high salt content of the sea air lets you feel it when you breathe in: Here, relaxation is in the air. Die Einraumwohnung ähnelt einem langen Schlauch. Die Räumlichkeit befindet sich in unserem Anbau mit eigener Haustür (einem alten umgebauten Hühnerstall). Auf der anderen Seite der Wohnung befindet sich ein Fitnessraum der optional und nach Absprache genutzt werden kann. Auch unsere Terrasse + Garten ist über die Wohnung erreichbar. Auch diese darf nach Absprache gern mit genutzt werden, sofern gewünscht. Ansonsten eignet sich die zentrale Wohnung ideal für kurze Aufenthalte im Sommer.
