From the balcony, whose windows can be pushed to the side, you can see the city center and the cathedral, the city harbor, the Möweninsel [seagull island] and the Schlei. You also have a nice view from the living room. Ideally suited to explore Schleswig and the surrounding area from here. Parking is available in the parking garage or on the landlord's property (Schwanenwinkel 1).

Located on the "great width" of the Schlei, the surroundings invite you to explore. It takes less than 15 minutes to get there on foot. Located in the middle of the beautiful cities of Eckernförde and Schleswig, all possibilities are open to you.

In front of the gates of Kiel lies the Marutendorf estate in the middle of the Westensee Nature Park. We can accommodate 2-16 people in 4 (website hidden) on the first floor of the former horse stable with direct access to the courtyard lake. The studio apartment is located on the 20th floor of the Schleswiger Wiking Tower overlooking the Schlei. It is fully equipped and was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2019. The Viking Tower is within walking distance of the Higher Regional Court and Gottorf Castle. Next to it is a small marina.
