Welcome to our little treasure on one of the most beautiful islands in the world. Ærø was and is a popular destination for sailors. Boats and water have belonged together for hundreds of years. Our house was once a fisherman's house. In 2019 everything was extensively refurbished. The house offers relaxing tranquility, and yet lies in the middle of the action. The Malerhaus Eisnebel opens up completely new holiday possibilities with the Malerhaus Nebeltreiben next door. Large or multi-generational families as well as good friends can enjoy the 110 square metres of each half of the house and spend time together without having to sacrifice privacy. A fireplace, sauna and spacious terrace with a teak seating area and private sunbathing area are just some of the feel-good oases in this wonderful painter's house.

Staying in our 75 square meter vacation apartment gives our guests a very special sense of vacation. When you open doors and windows, the sounds of the forest, the garden and the sea birds flow in. A scent of fresh sea air meets your nostrils. Our guests also experience the light as something very special. Especially when the evening sun sends its rays down on the surrounding islands, you have to pinch yourself to make sure you're not dreaming.

The building - part of a former farm - was built in 1914 and has been guest rooms since 1940. In 2024/2025, the building in the 4th generation was extensively renovated to the latest standard with a lot of love for detail. Enjoy the quiet location with private access (200 meters) to the natural beach "Norgaardholz" directly on the Baltic Sea coast in Angeln / Schleswig-Holstein.
