Die Unterkunft mit zwei Privatzimmern liegt in einem denkmalgeschützten Haus direkt an der Zufahrt zur Schleuse in Holtenau. Sie hat einen separaten Eingang mit Duschbad, Schlafzimmer (Einbett), Wohnzimmer, keine Küche. Bis auf die Möwen und die Geräusche der Schiffe ist es sehr ruhig. In unmittelbarer Nähe laden Restaurants und Cafés ein. Die denkmalgeschützte Pflasterung auf dem Haushof ist nicht geeignet für High Heels und Gehilfen. Im Sommer lädt die Seebadeanstalt zu einem nahen Bad ein.

A 1.60 x 2.00 bed and the large couch offer sleeping places for 3 people. A new kitchen with modern appliances is available. The Thermomix and all other utensils may be used. There is a washing machine halfway up the stairs. The balcony with lounge furniture is quietly located to the courtyard. Bicycles can be stored in the basement.
